The second week of September was awful. Not only did get called on a lot in health but I was named student of the month.

Dr. Kevin started us with crazy uncomfortable topics like sex and drugs. Plus, made Lucas and I take the brute force of it.

Mom was oblivious to what happened during school hours. And Dr. Kevin played the innocent card for "calling students who aren't paying attention."

Well, sue me! Place a camera in my brain!

Lucas came over every single day and sometimes for stupid reasons. I did understand where he was coming from, but Kevin booted him out before dinner and ruled that he wasn't suppose to see me until the next morning.

Not only did he make my life, he installed alarm systems every window and door throughout the house. His reason doing so was that he didn't want "Any people stealing his bunny boo."

Yea, his nick named for mom was bunny boo. Gross!

Anyway, When the third week if September came, was homecoming! It was the biggest celebration for the seniors. School ended an hour early and then following was a huge football game. Then the night, a dance for all the students but seniors got amazing passes. The day of the homecoming day on Friday. Everyone was ecstatic like they were fed sugar in their lunch.

During health, Dr. Kevin called on me. I had gotten used to this "act of kindness." Our topic today was driving safe.

"So, Ellie." He started, "Tell me about driving and drinking or drugs."

"Well, you could get in an accident and die." I said sarcastically. "It isn't safe."

Dr. Kevin smirked and laughed alittle at my response. "Well, that's an answer." The class chuckled.

"Ok then." He pursued. "Have you ever gotten in accident?" He was curious, in a caring way. I hung my head as he seemed to pull me to the front of class. I willingly got up, to a Lucas who stood up to, but I told him to sit back down. Dr. Kevin roamed the floor, his eyes on enchanting black, but no one else seem to notice. Expect Lucas.

"Tell us." His voice was intriguing and needing. "The world wants to know." The tone of his voice made me yearn for the Darkness that he had.

I looked to the crowd of the class, tons of eyes staring at me. And then Lucas. The gold eyes I could spot from far away.

"When I was fourteen years old." My cheeks began to heat up. "My mom and I were going out to eat. And, we ended up getting hit by a drunk driver. We spun off the road. When I came to, sometime later." I paused, seeing Lucas face in an 'O' shape. I never knew I would tell him this story. "Mom was by my side. She said that the worse hit me when the car was around. I was In a coma for some odd days. They thought I wouldn't make it. " I glanced to Dr. Kevin who was smiling cheerfully, as if he received a piece of candy for his doings.

"How many days exactly?" He pushed, the strange pull beginning again.

"Four months. I woke up on Halloween confused." I answered, longing to go back to my seat.

"You may sit down, Elizabeth."

As I walked to my seat, I felt tons of eyes glued to me. Once I sat down in the back with Lucas and Sam; it was Lucas who talked to me first.

"Are you ok?" He whispered as Dr. Kevin pulled another student and tell everyone on their accident that happened. I didn't listen. I was too occupied by what I felt inside of me when I was near Dr. Kevin.

I took his hand, not realizing mine was shaking so bad. "I'm fine."

He looked me up and down, before looking towards Sam. We both did. She was glued to the students as if I wasn't here. "Something's wrong." His eyes went to Dr. Kevin, calling student after student up.
