He thinks no one except for the billionaire knows about it...
Well that majorly true.
Tony being Tony, had access to all he cameras and one day, he looked at one to see Peter painting.
Of course, he never mentioned it to anyone.
Natasha found out when she went into Peter's room and saw his painting materials.
She doesn't even question Peter when Peter comes to the gym with paint on his hands.
Sometimes, she'll casually say something like...
"I wish we had an abstract painting in the gym to contrast the whiteness."
And the very next day, he would find a painting in the exact description, lying around.
And well, it's quite surprising.
After a while, Peter found out that Natasha knew but he never mentioned it. Neither did she nor Tony did either.
They all just let it be the elephant in the room, or in this case, in the tower/compound.
