After awhile I broke up with Liam. I liked him as a friend and if we had continued I would have ended up hurting him. I didn't want to hurt him. He was so nice and sweet to me. Liam and I remain good friends. He is more than a friend, he's like a brother to me. He is always there when I need him and I for him.

Shawn and I didn't get together immediately. It took a crash to bring us back together. Caleb had pick Shawn up from school. He was drunk. Shawn should have known better. He shouldn't have gotten in the car with him.

I don't understand why Caleb picked him up either. Shawn wasn't his responsibility anymore. No matter what they did Shawn always said he loved him. They were his parents even though they were the scum of the earth. No that is an insult of scum.

Caleb kept swerving onto the other side of the road. He ended up rear ending someone. Shawn didn't hesitate. He grabbed the first person he saw and asked to borrow their phone. He called Cal and Cal went to get him.

For some reason, Shawn didn't have his phone with him. Cal brought him home. I was so worried about him. I didn't know the details just that he was in an accident. I didn't know if he was okay or not.

When he came home, the first thing I did was wrap my arms around him.

"I"m okay," he repeated to me over and over. No matter how many times he said it, it didn't sound right. Have you ever heard something and it didn't sound real? I could feel Shawn trembling.

I didn't want to admit it but I was scared too. I was scared of the what if. I realized that no matter what happened part of my heart would always belong to Shawn. Shawn and I spent the night sitting on top of the pool table talking.

Shawn wrapped his arms around me. Cal walked into the room.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"We were getting busy on the pool table but you ruined the mood," Shawn shot. It wasn't true, get your mind out of the gutter.

Cal responded by smacking him upside his head with the back of his hand. Shawn couldn't stop laughing. It was totally worth it. I laughed so hard.

After Cal left, the conversation turned serious. We  apologized to one another and Shawn asked me if I wanted to be his girl again. I told him the truth. I will always be his girl. Forever and always.
