EMMAS POV
So uh, yeah my nose is pierced now. It kinda hurt, my mom is definitely going to kill me but it was fun. I'm a teenager I'm gonna do stupid stuff, honestly this was kinda fun.
"Does it look stupid?" I chuckled.
"No it's cute," he said, "your mom is never letting you come out with me again."
"It was my idea," I said.
"You're cute," he said and smiled. I stopped walking and kissed him and he wrapped his arms around me.

I finally got home and Owen was up in the kitchen. I was kinda scared because of the nose piercing. I moved my hair in front of my face to hide it. I poked my head into the kitchen.
"Hey I'm home," I said.
"Oh hey," he said, "how as the date?"
"Good," I said.
"That's good," he said. I'm assuming he didn't see the piercing.
"I'm gonna go to bed now," I said.
"Okay," he said, "and emma?"
"Yeah," I said.
"Nice nose ring," he chuckled.
"I'm dead aren't i?" I chuckled.
"I don't know I don't think it looks bad," he chuckled.
"Well that's good to hear," I chuckled.
"Okay goodnight," he said. I walked upstairs and brushed my hair out of my face and as I walked into the bathroom my mom opened her bedroom door.
"Hey honey," she said.
"Hey," I said. She looked at me and gave me a look.
"That better be fake," she said.
"Uh Yeah about that," I chuckled, "it's cute right?"
"Oh my god Emma!" She said.
"It didn't hurt," I said.
"Didn't we talk about smart decisions before you left?" She said.
"Yeah," I said, "this was my idea I like it." She sighed and looked at me.
"I guess you can keep it," she said.
"I paid for it," I said.
"Emma why would you do that," she said.
"Because I only live once mom," I said.
"Did Mike get one too?" She joked.
"No," I laughed, "don't be ridiculous."
"We'll talk about this in the morning," she said, "I can't believe my baby now has a hoop in her nose."
"A cute hoop," I said.
"No," she said.
"I'm tired goodnight," I said.
"Goodnight," She said.
AMELIAS POV
Oh my god I'm going to kill her. I ran downstairs because I knew Owen was in the kitchen.
"Did you see it?" I said.
"Yeah," He said.
"She's insane!" I said, "why would she do it?"
"Amelia it's just a piercing it's not that bad," he chuckled.
"Yes it is! She's 14!" I said.
"She seems to like it," he shrugged.
"Whose side are you on?" I said.
"I have to pick a side?" He chuckled.
"Yes mine," I chuckled.
"Amelia she's 14, she's gonna want to dye her hair, pierce her nose, cut her hair, change her clothing style 17 times in a week, Okay? She's a teenager stuff like this happens," He said.
"She put a hole through her nose!" I said.
"Megan did the same thing," he chuckled, "my mom wanted to kill her, but after a month she thought it was stupid and took it out." I sighed and he put his arm around me.
"I guess," I said. He kissed my head and pulled me into a hug.
"It'll be okay," He said.
"She has a fucking hole in her nose!" I said upset.
"Oh come on you didn't do something stupid as a teenager?" He said. I sighed and looked at him.
"You're right," I said.
"So what'd you do?" He chuckled.
"I got a tattoo," I chuckled.
"Where?" He asked confused. I moved my hair from behind my ear and showed him the small tattoo behind my ear. It was a really small heart but my mom was ready to kill me.
"My mother wanted to kill me," I chuckled.
"It's cute," he said.
"I forget it's there half the time," I laughed.
"I like it," he said.
"Ugh I just can't believe she did that," I frowned.
EMMAS POV
I woke up and my nose really hurt, them I remembered why. I looked in the mirror and honestly I thought it was cute. I cleaned it with the cleaning stuff I got there and walked downstairs with my phone. Izzy was playing her iPad on the couch.
"Morning," I said.
"Good morning," Izzy said, "wait what's that shiny thing on your face?"
"Oh this?" I pointed to the nose ring.
"Does mommy know?" She said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Are you in trouble?" She giggled.
"I don't know," I said.
"Did it hurt?" She asked.
"No not really," I shrugged. My phone buzzed and I looked down and it was Mike.
"Wanna hang today? Or are u grounded from last night lol," he sent.
"Not grounded and sure," I said.
"Aight sounds good," he said. I walked into the kitchen and my mom looked up from her computer.
"I really hate the nose ring," she said.
"Mom I'm leaving it in," I said.
"I know but," she sighed, "whatever."
"What are we doing today?" I asked.
"Uh Owens going to work and I have to drop Izzy and Joey off at camp today," she said, "so you're doing nothing."
"Great can Mike and I hang out?" I asked. She looked up and she looked annoyed.
"If you come home with another hole in your head I'll kill you," She said.
"I won't I promise," I said. She looked over at Owen who nodded and she sighed.
"Fine," She said, "Where are you going?"
"I don't know," I said.
"Why don't you hang out here?" She offered.
"Will that make you less mad at me?" I said.
"No," she said, "but it will make me feel better."
"Okay Fine," I said, "thanks."
"Mhm," she mumbled and went back on her computer. I told Mike he could come over today and I was honestly really happy with him.
