AMELIAS POV
We were all now home and Emma locked herself in her room. Joey and Izzy were doing their homework, those little sheets you fill out about yourself on the first day, and Asher was sleeping. I was sitting on our bed frustrated about the whole emma situation. Owen came out of the bathroom and came over and kissed my lips softly.
"Hey," he said.
"Hey," I said.
"Do you want to talk about it now?" He said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Okay," he said. I patted the spot in front of me and he smiled and sat across from me.
"She needs to break up with him," I said, "she can't just keep going out with him and making such poor decisions!"
"I know," Owen said.
"But I cant make her break up with him," I sighed, "but she clearly doesn't listen to me about making good choices so what do I do?"
"Maybe she learned her lesson now," Owen said, "I mean she never gets in trouble at school now maybe she'll realize because it wasn't just you she got in trouble with."
"Hopefully," I said, "I mean the nose ring was one thing but this is just another."
"I know," Owen said.
"She doesn't care, or she's just mad at me, I don't know but today she wasn't herself and I don't know what it was but she just had an attitude that I hate," I frowned, "this boy is so bad for her."
"Maybe she's realizing that," Owen said, "maybe she just doesn't want you to seem right."
"Yeah maybe," I shrugged, "I just don't know what to do Owen."
"Did you talk to her today?" He asked.
"I mean not about it not really," I said, "I just yelled at her and then when I did talk to her it was just sarcastic comments from both sides."
"Maybe you should talk to her now, now that maybe she's calmed down," Owen suggested.
"Yeah but you're coming with me she listens to you more," I said and grabbed his arm.
"Okay," he said and kissed my cheek. I held his hand and walked down the hall to Emmas room. I knocked on the door and there wasn't an answer.
"Emma?" I said. Owen opened the door and she wasn't in her room, but the window was open.
"Oh my god," I said, starting to panic. I opened her bathroom door and her closet and I knew she ran away. I looked at Owen and he looked worried too and I could feel my eyes start to fill with tears.
"Maybe she took her phone don't you have that tracker app?" Owen asked.
"Yeah good idea," I said. I got my phone out and he wrapped his arms around my waist as we both waited for a signal on her phone. A red screen came up and said that the user disabled it.
"Son of a bitch," I muttered. I started panicking and I ran downstairs looking for her phone. Of course she took it.
"What can I do?" Owen asked.
"Can you call Derek I'm calling my mom," I said.
"Okay," he said and grabbed his phone. My mom answered and I was so stressed and worried.
"Mom," I said, "Mom is emma with you?" I asked even though I knew the answer was no.
"No," she said, "I thought she was at the hospital with you."
"She was and we came home but her window is wide open and she's not here," I said crying. Owen came over and brought me into a hug as we were both talking on the phone. I continued crying as I spoke to my mom.
"Okay I'm coming over now and we can try to find her together Okay?" She said.
"Okay," I said sobbing.
"Amelia we will find her okay?" She said.
"Okay," I said.
"I love you," She said.
"I love you too," I said. I hung up and Owen finished talking to Derek. A few minutes later my mom and Derek were here.
"Do you have the boyfriends number?" Derek asked.
"No," I sighed.
"Could it be on her computer?" Owen suggested.
"Shit that's a good idea," I said. I ran upstairs and grabbed her computer. I opened it and right away it was emails between her and mike because I took her phone.
"Okay hold on," I said scrolling up.
"Does it say where she went?" My mom asked.
"Uh hold up," I said continuing to scroll up until I found an address.
"Oh my god 1919 Scottsworth Street," I said and wrote down the address.
"Where is that?" Derek asked.
"Oh no," Owen said and I looked up at him because I knew what he was thinking.
"That's the party side of town," we both said at the same time.
