i got bored and decided to post another chapter and this ones a good one so hope you enjoy :)

OWENS POV
Amelia was getting ready to go to work and I was holding Asher. Today was his first day of daycare because over the summer our shifts didn't over lap so one of us could stay home, or Emma would be home. Amelia came out of the bathroom and she looked pretty as always. I smiled and she smiled back and came over and kissed Ashers head.
"Do you think he'll be okay at daycare all day?" She asked worriedly, it was cute how much she worried, but I knew Asher would be fine.
"Amelia he'll be just fine," I said, "and we can go visit him on break Okay?"
"Okay," she smiled. She grabbed her bag and came over to kiss me and Asher started crying. She pecked my lips and she rubbed Ashers back until he stopped crying.
"I don't want to leave him," she said.
"I know," I said, "me either, but he'll be okay I promise."
"Text me when he gets to daycare?" She said.
"Of course honey," I said and kissed her head.
"Honey," she smiled, "I like that."
"Me too," I said. She kissed me again before leaving and I smiled. She was so perfect.
EMMAS POV
Today was my first day of 8th grade. I hated school really. At least Mike and I had a class together. I was walking down the hall to lunch which I would see him which was nice. This morning was fine, I mean it's the first day you barely do anything. We were allowed to eat outside since it was really warm out. I saw Mike and smiled. He came over and grabbed my hand and we walked outside together.
"How was your morning?" He asked.
"Not bad you?" I asked.
"Eh," he said, "fucking hate school anyway."
"Yeah," I sighed. We sat down and I saw him pull his juul out of his pocket. I chuckled and knew he wouldn't last long.
"Took you long enough," I chuckled.
"You want it?" He asked.
"Mhm," I nodded and he handed it to me. I looked up and saw the principal walking towards us and I knew I was just as good as dead.
AMELIAS POV
Owen and I were on lunch break right now and we were walking down the hallway to go see asher. The kids were still at school and my shift was almost over. My phone rang and I took it out of my pocket and it was Emmas school. I looked at Owen confused and answered.
"Hello?" I said.
"Ms.Shepherd?" A man said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Hi you need to pick Emma up from school and she can return tomorrow," he said, "I'm the Principal, Mr.Roberts, and her and a friend were caught vaping today outside." I stopped walking and I was so fed up with her and Mike. Owen looked back and knew something was wrong.
"Yeah Uh I'll come get her," I said.
"Thank you," he said, "sorry for the inconvenience." He hung up and I looked at Owen.
"I'm literally going to kill her," I said frustrated.
"What happened," he said.
"She was fucking vaping at school with Mike so now I have to go pick her up," I said.
"Do you want me to get her?" He said.
"No," I said, "I'm so done, I've been lenient but now I need to ground her or something."
"Yeah," Owen said. I reached in my pocket for my keys and realized they were probably in my locker.
"Can I just take your car?" I said frustrated. He tossed me the keys and I was on the verge of tears because I was so mad at Emma.
"Just calm down okay?" Owen said, "I know you're frustrated but drive safely please."
"I know," I said, "I will, I love you."
"I love you too," he said. I ran out the front doors and to Owens car and drove over to the middle school. I got out and Emma was sitting in the office and I signed her out and I saw Mike sitting across from her.
"Come on lets go," I said and she silently followed me. I wasn't going to say anything until we got in the car. She sat down in the passenger seat and as she closed the door I looked at her and I knew she didn't want to look at me.
"So do you want to tell me what happened?" I said trying to stay calm.
"Didn't the school call you?" She said.
"Yes but why don't you tell me what happened," I said, "they didn't go into much detail."
"Mom you know what fucking happened," she said.
"Don't use that kind of language," I said.
"I didn't vape," she said, "just so you know."
"So the school just called me and said you were caught? Just as a joke?" I said.
"Well I didn't, Mike gave it to me and I didn't vape but the principal saw him give it to me which got us both in trouble," Emma said.
"Well he wouldn't have given it to you if you didn't ask for it would he have," I said.
"Mom I didn't vape!" She said.
"Emma what am I supposed to do?" I said, "first you come home drinking, next a nose ring, now you're vaping at school! Who am I supposed to believe?"
"Me!" She said.
"You're grounded," I said, "I don't care no Mike for a month."
"Mom!" She yelled.
"Wanna make it 2?" I said.
"Mom I didn't vape," she said.
"Would you have," I said.
"Mom," She said.
"2 months," I said.
"Mom what the fuck!" She yelled.
"You're really pushing it you want it to be 4?" I said.
"I hate you," She said.
"Give me your fucking phone," I said. She threw it in the backseat and I was so pissed off.
"Where are we even going you missed the exit for home," she said.
"Well I have a job and I can't just take the rest of the day off because my daughter thought it would be fun to vape in school," I said sternly, "So you get to hang out at the hospital all day without a phone."
"I should have told them to call Owen," she said under her breath. I pulled into the hospital parking lot and I sighed.
"What am I supposed to do here?" Emma said annoyed.
"Find something," I said, "maybe you should think about that next time you decide to vape."
"I didn't vape for the last fucking time!" She yelled.
"Get out of the car," I said and slammed the car door.
