That's how the house was...

Even though people were there .. But it felt empty ..

They were getting ready for the funeral.. Thomas's friends and co-workers were there .. Alex's old friends were there .. Neighbors were there .. They were all gathered .. Sad and still shocked .
Alex was just sitting there motionless with Tony and sitting next to him worried for his friend .. He was so afraid of what will happen next .
"Do you want to eat something Alex before we leave to cemetery ?" Tony asked Alex .. Because Alex hasnt said a word not even eaten a thing ..Alex just shook his head no .. To tired to even say a word ..
He lost his father .. He has no family left that is so close to him
After Sam's death Alex had this phobia of losing people he loved , he doesnt know how this happened ...

Flashback

"Alex open the door please... I need you to open the door "

Alex locked himself drunk in his room not wanting to see anybody .he was too drunk to even make sens to what was happening around him . he was in a very dark place in his head .. The guilt was eating him from his insides , he missed his brother . how could he let that happens . how could he be blind that he didnt even notice that his little brother was suicidal . his little brother was slefharming . how could he be so selfish .

Tony managed to unlock the door that night to find Alex passed out in his bathroom . they took him to the hospital that night was a long . long night .. Thomas was waiting to see his son.. scared to lose him too .. Imagine the shock .. Imagine the feeling ..
Thomas knew that he hadn't been there for both his kids ever since his wife left him to go with somebody else he was broken .. And he didnt realise that his kids needed him .. They both ignored each other and they both ignored Sam.
Alex wasnt the only one to blame but both of them were on the wrong

"You can see him . he is awake " the doctor informed and Thomas went runing to his room

"Lex.. Lex are a.. How do you feel "

Alex looked at his father with tears in his eyes .. How did he emd up like this .. Why did he let this happens
"I'm sorry dad ..I .."

"It's okay .. I'm here now . I promise I wont .. I promise I wont leave you again like that .. I'm so sorry Alex .none of this is your fault .. Just come back .. Okay just be okay .."

They hugged and cried .. They are all they have left ... Just them ..and only them.
"I promise dad. I promise I'll get better I'm sorry for blaming you "

"It's okay lex I'm not angry .. I understand your frustration .. I just want you to get better ."

Alex looked at his father for a while with teary tired eyes
"Please dont ever leave dad .. I dont think I will hundle it please . dont leave me "

"I'll never leave you ... I promise...."

Alex looked up at the sky while his father is being buried .. He couldnt watch . he couldnt bury an other family

His old friends approched "we are so sorry for your loss Alex "
He nodd

Thomas's friends showed thier condolence "we are sorry for your loss .. Stay strong "

He nod

Until they all left one after one telling him that they are sorry and to stay strong .. Funny .. He thought.. How can anyone be strong while burying their father .

"Alex it's getting late we should go back home "Tony said ..

Alex turned and looked back at him and whispered

"I need a drink now "
Tony's eyes widned .. Not again he thought
"No.. You. .. Alex look.. You dont need a drink .. You need to rest .. You need To eat something. And shower and rest .. Please "
Alex stood up and wipped the dirt from his pants

"you dont tell me what to do Tony and I dont need your pity okay .. I dont need you to tell me that you are sorry .. I dont need you to tell me that I should be strong or that everyrhing will be okay .. Because Tony everything is not going to be okay " Alex yelled back at tony..

Meanwhile

"Why aren't you at the funeral ?"
Will entered Andy's room

Andy was all time sitting at the end of the stairs watching people come and go .. He waited for Alex to take him with him to the funeral.. When they were going he tried to follow after alex but he didnt see him .. He saw him leaving with Tony not looking at him once .. So he just went back inside to his room and cried .. And cried .. And cried till he heard the voice he grew so scared of ...
He stood up and wipped his tears
" I.. Alex .. D-didn't t-take me.. "

"Of course he wouldnt take .. Why would he .. His father is dead because of you .. "

Andy looked down and more tears fell it's true why would Alex take him to his father's funeral ..
He felt Will coming closer and he knew what will happen ...

'This is my punishment'.. he thought
'I deserve this .. Its my fault .. Alex hates me now .. '

And he just let it happen ...

..

While Tony was driving home, Alex noticed something isnt right .. Somehing is missing.. No ... Someone is missing "Andy"

"What" Tony said

"I forgot about Andy .. He .. He must be alone.. At home .. How could I forget him " alex said panicking

"Alex ... You need to stop thinking about others .. You were .. Alex think about yourself more okay "

When they arrived home Alex hurried to Andy's room

"Andy?..I'm so sorry "

Andy stood and limped to Alex who hugged him tight

"I-its o-okay "

They sat on the bed amd they were both crying
Alex looked at Andy in the eyes and wipped his falling tears
"Im .. So sorry I forgot about you "

Andy smiled weakly and kissed Alex's hand "its okay " he whispered just for Alex to hear

Alex looked at him in the eyes and sighed

"I wish .... I wish I never saw you that night .. I wish I never took you in that night "

And with that he left.....
