Chapter Nineteen

A car is already waiting for them outside. Si Magnus ang umupo sa driver's seat, si Mason sa passenger seat habang siya naman ay pumwesto sa backseat. Mula sa sahig ng kotse ay kinuha niya ang isang malaking duffel bag at saka binuksan iyon. She took out her knives and guns and started preparing them habang ngumunguya ng bubblegum.

"So, what's the plan?" Tanong niya ng nasa daan na sila.

Si Magnus ang sumagot.

"There's a rooftop near the client's office. Pwedeng pumwesto si Mason doon habang pinapasok natin ang building. Mason will have to manipulate all the cameras inside as well as the locks and the elevators."

"He'll have to hact the entire security sytem then." Sabi niya.

"Wait, how did you know I can hack?" Kunot noong tanong ni Mason kay Magnus.

"I saw you one time when you're hacking a chick's account in the bathroom."

"In the bathroom?" Puno ng pagtatakang tanong niya.

"Probably to jack off while looking at the girl's nude photos." Magnus sneered.

Cece looked at Mason with disgust. "Really?" Ang matabang niyang turan dito.

"For the record, that girl is a famous celebrity okay?"

"And you hacked her account?"

"For her personal number and of course para malaman ko kung may secret boyfriend iyong tao."

"At feeling mo naman, papatulan ka niya?"

At ang malanding lalaki, hindi man lang nagawang mahiya. Imbes ay ngumisi pa talaga ito!

"Tsk. I don't feel it, I know it." He answered with conviction.

"Tss.. Manwhore."

"Aba't—"

"Enough with the chit chats." Putol ni Magnus sa kanila. "Unang parte pa lang ng plano ang napapag-usapan natin."

"Seriously, How many parts are even there?"

"Three. Now open your laptop and start hacking the system. We have to be inside it before we reach the damn building." Anito kay Mason na agad namang sumunod.

"So the second part is?"

Tumitig si Magnus sa kanya sa rearview mirror at saka ngumisi. She frowned at the smirk on his face.

What is he looking at her like that for?

Nasagot ang tanong niya ng magsalita ito.

"You'll have to enter the client's office."

Lumalim ang gatla sa kanyang noo.

"How am I supposed to do that? Ang sabi sa text, nasa loob na ng opisina ng cliyente ang mga kidnappers at humihingi na ng ransom kapalit ng kaligtasan nito. Do you expect me to just march in there like I'm his damn secretary asking for his damn signatu—" Napatigil siya ng mapagtanto ang sinasabi. She looked at Magnus only to see him smirking. "That is exactly what you want me to do, isn't it?"

"For the second plan, yes."

Oo nga naman, entering his office while pretending to be his secretary is very logical at this point.

Pasekretong nakapasok ang mga kidnapper sa loob ng opisina ng kliyente. Isang bagay na alam niyang hindi magagawa ng mga ito ng basta basta given how tight the security in that building is.

Unless... may mga kasabwat ang mga ito sa loob. Someone who have enough authority to help these kidnapers sneak in without the guard's notice.

At kung papaano pasekretong pumasok ang mga ito ay ganoon din ang plano ng mga itong pasekretong lumabas ng building matapos makuha ang ransom na gusto.
