Derrick gripped his phone so tight in annoyance. His cousin just ignored his request of meeting their grand father, denied his location and it irked the hell out of him! He ought to teach him a lesson himself! His actions cannot be tolerated no longer!
He dialed a number on his phone. His fingers furiously tapping the screen of the poor mobile. One ring before the person from the other line answered.
"How can I be of service, Your grace?"
"I need you to find someone." He ordered.
"When will you need—"
"I need results tonight."
"Of course. I'll be on it, your grace."
After half an hour, he already have his cousin's whereabouts in his hand. Only this time, his anger escalated quickly the moment he saw where the bloody hell he is!
He made his way to his front door.
"Where to, your grace?" His butler, David asked.
"I need you to get me into this place." He answered in gritted teeth as he gave him the bloody paper where the address is written at.
Surprise was evident on David's face whe he saw the place written on the paper.
"But.. But Your grace... this place—"
"I know exactly what that place is, David." He cut him off, emphasizing the words. "But it is necessary that I go there. It's about time I have a word with Thomas."
At the mention of his cousin, David instantly understood and nodded.
They arrived after an hour.
He scanned the surroundings. Expensive cars are parked outside. The top of the establishment has pink and blue neon lights bearing the name 'The Devil's Club' written on it. Customers wearing suits and daring dresses are coming in and out of the entrance. And by the looks of it, they do look like someone who wouldn't do anything good.
Just one look of the place and it's already screaming danger in his face. He pursed his lips in anger. What the bloody hell had you gotten yourself into, Thomas?!
Cece stood behind the thick curtain that hid her from the crowd.
"Just ten seconds more and you're up, Cece." Ani Mason mula sa maliit na earpiece na nakabit sa kanyang tenga. It's placed at the back of her tragus.
"I'm done. Did you choose a nice song?" She joked.
"Actually, Ava did. Don't worry, it's quite nice."
"Good."
"Five seconds, Cece." Magnus cut in. "In three.. two... one..."
The curtain opened. Kasabay niyon ang pagilanlang ng isang nakabibighaning musika. It was so erotic and daring that all the steps Ava taught her last night matches every beat in perfect unison.
And you got me, let go
What you want from me? (What you want from me?)
And I tried to buy your pretty heart, but the price too high
Baby you got me like oh
You love when I fall apart (fall apart)
So you can put me together
And throw me against the wall...She swayed her hips to the beat as she walked towards the pole which was positioned at the center of the stage.
She immediately scanned her target in the crowd. Her eyes slightly narrowing when she found him at the center of the club with a few of his men seating with him. His eyes met hers and she smirked sexily for his benefit.
