//Stalkers//
His arms are crossed against his chest.
"Is that Mr. Dela Rosa?"
"Yes. He's kind of paranoid. Sorry 'bout that." Naiiling kong sabi.
"Dad, this is Light Castro." "Light, this is my Dad, Gino Dela Rosa."
"Good evening, sir."
"We just had dinner, sir." Paliwanag ni Light. "And, I kinda need to go. Its getting late."
Tumango lang naman si Dad. Tss. What a father.
"Alright, Light." Sagot ko at tipid na ngumiti. "See you tomorrow. Ingat!"
Ngumiti at tumango si Light. "Mauna na po ako." Sabi niya bago sumakay ng sasakyan niya at magdrive palayo.
"Hmm, who is this Light Castro?"
Pilit akong ngumiti kay Dad, "A friend from Bicol, Dad." Sagot ko at yumakap sakanya. He kissed my head and hugged me back.
"He's not courting you?"
Umiling ako. "Hindi po. We're just catching up kanina." I answered. "And you're paranoid." I noted.
"I'm not paranoid." He retorted. "But, is there someone courting you?"
I bit my lip. Kasi nga, I'm not really convinced of Aaron's sincerity. But since I already said that I'll acknowledge him, might as well tell Dad.
Naningkit ang mata ni Daddy. "From the way you bite your lower lip, tingin ko, meron."
"Dad..."
"Who is it?"
"Um, Aaron, um, Aaron Mendoza." Mahina kong sabi. "He's also a friend from Bicol."
