Kaede stood in the doorway looking at Shuichi wide-eyed. I could see panic slowly building up on Shuichi's face. "Kaede it's not what you-!" he said nervously looking at Kaede who looked on the verge of tears. "Shuichi! You and Kokichi, you-!" she screamed tears welling up in her eyes. Ouma knew what kind were those. Crocodile tears. But it seemed that Shuichi's mind was too overflown with panic and anxiety to realize that.

"No! We weren't! Kaede, please listen to me!" Shuichi said hoping to get through to her but Kaede was already a sobbing mess. "Y-You...I l-loved you, I gave you all my love and this is how you repay me?! HOW COULD YOU?!" she said pointing her finger at him. Shuichi lowered her head, he looked like a dog being yelled at by his owner. "K-Kaede...I'm..." he said weakly. "I thought you were different Shuichi. I thought you were good, but you're just an awful, dirty cheater! I can't believe I ever loved you!" Kaede said looking at him with a glare. 

Ouma felt his blood boil. How dare she accuse him of being a bad boyfriend while she's being an unfaithful bitch??! Soon hatred filled his mind and screamed out his thoughts, his voice fueled by fury. "AND WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU TO SAY?! HE'S BEEN CONSTANTLY BUYING YOU GIFTS, TAKING CARE OF YOU, LOVING YOU WHILE ALL YOU'VE BEEN DOING WAS BEING AN UNGRATEFUL LITTLE BITCH! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT...

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO CHEATS ON HIM WITH MIU!

The atmosphere in the room changed drastically. Shuichi looked at Ouma shocked, while Kaede's eyes showed a look of rage. "...You little shi-" she said furious, making Ouma peep in fear "Oh..Oh no-!" he said covering his mouth scared. He remembered the way he got raised in the air last time. He didn't want that to happen again. However, Shuichi interrupted him, looking at Kaede angrily, tears welling up in his eyes. "Kaede...after all this time... you've been cheating on me?!" Shuichi suddenly yelled out. It seems as though this was enough to push him over the limit. "N-No Shuichi! It's...It's a-all a big misunderstanding!" Kaede said with fearful eyes. She was afraid of losing him, after all, he was her only financial support. "Ouma, can Kaede and I talk alone, please?" he said in a hiss still outraged by what Kaede had done. "ALONE? NO, LET HIM STAY HERE! AFTER ALL, HE'S THE ONE YOU LIKE OVER ME!" Kaede said yelling out.

"WHAT GAVE YOU THAT IDEA?!" Ouma slowly made his way to the door as the pair screeched at each other like a pair of agitated birds. "I t-think S-Saihara-chan's right... I'll give you two some space." Ouma said stuttering, he didn't like this tense atmosphere. Kaede glared at him, her look was so full of hatred it sent shivers down his spine.

"Excuse me...I must've misheard you. You will address him as Mr. Saihara and nothing more! Not that you'll be around much longer! I SWEAR I'LL FIRE YOUR ASS THE SECOND SAIHARA AND I STOP ARGUING!" she screamed. Ouma gulped. "KAEDE I SWEAR" Shuichi said as they kept arguing. Ouma quickly walked out of the room while the duo was distracted and then out of the house. Ouma sighed. He had never seen Saihara this mad before. Then again there was a pretty solid reason to hate her. 'Hopefully, nothing bad will happen...' he thought, worried. He didn't want them to break up in a hot argument with them screaming as if someone had run over somebody with a taxi. He hoped that the two of them could solve it with a civilized conversation. Then again maybe that would've happened if he didn't let his emotions spill out of control. He shook his head.

"I think I'm just gonna go home and rest..."

The next day Ouma came to the Saihara household distressed. Both because after what Kaede had said about firing him and because he was worried about how Saihara's and Kaede's conversation ended. Did they break up or did Shuichi succumb to Kaede's fake innocent personality once more? He sighed as he opened the door and was met with a sight that surprised him.
