(Ghost!Ouma x Insane!Saihara) Grief And Insanity

(EDIT: Kay so everybody's asking how Kiibo's in the asylum. In the oneshot he's a human who thinks he's a robot.)

(To whoever requested this, I changed this up a bit so that Kokichi isn't just an ordinary ghost. He has somewhat of a demon Ouma appearance)

Kaede's shoes clicked against the white floors of the asylum. She had been a doctor here for several months and has been successful with most of the patients she's encountered. Tsumugi, Mikan, Mukuro being a few. She was currently heading to the reception area as she was called in there.

Once she was there, she stopped at the white desk where sat the receptionist, Sonia Nevermind, typing something on her computer. She looked up and smiled.

"Good morning, Dr. Kaede" she said happily. Kaede smiled back.

"Good morning Mrs. Sonia. Why is it you wanted to see me?" Kaede asked. Sonia stuttered and looked around her desk for something before pulling out a clip pad with a few papers attached.

"Oh. Your boss wanted me to let you know Dr. Chiaki's patient has been reassigned to you. The Shuichi Saihara guy. She told me to give you his file" she said. Kaede nodded. "Chiaki's been reassigned to Nagito Komaeda since Chisa quit her job a few days ago" Sonia then added. Kaede looked over at the clip pad.

Name: Shuichi Saihara

History:
The patient came to Gekkogahara Asylum with his best friend Kaito Momota. The boy had been a victim of parental abuse and more recently a witness of his partner's, Kokichi Ouma's death and has developed signs of psychosis (hallucinations and delusions of his deceased partner) the patient keeps drawing on walls with anything from stolen pens to his own blood.

Treatment
Daily treatment with Dr. Chiaki Nanami. The patient refuses to give up his beliefs in his delusions and has shown little progress.
UPDATE: Patient reassigned to Dr. Kaede Akamatsu 

"I'll see him right now" Kaede said. Sonia nodded getting back to her paperwork. Kaede walked through the halls passing the rooms of various patients. Junko Enoshima, Toko Fukawa, Nagito Komaeda, Kiibo Idabashi and finally

Shuichi Saihara.

Kaede opened the door to see a boy with navy hair and olive eyes on the bed. He looked at her blankly. He was wearing the hospital gown but Kaede noticed something else. Shuichi had a scarf. She looked back to the files on the clipboard flipping to see a photo of his deceased partner, Kokichi, and as expected it looked exactly like the one on his neck.

"Good morning Shuichi. How are you doing today?" Kaede asked pulling up a chair from the corner of the room. The boy smiled at her, not creepily just a general smile.

"I'm good thanks. Ouma-kun's been keeping me company!" the boy exclaimed cheerily. Kaede's smile quivered as she tapped a pen against her clipboard.

"Right...Ouma-kun. Do you two talk often?" Kaede asked. Shuichi nodded.

"What do you expect when you lock me in an empty room like this? There isn't anyone else I can talk to." he said softly. "But he's not here right now. He went to visit someone else." he then added looking sadder. Kaede looked at him puzzled.

"So he's not always with you. He comes and goes?" Kaede asked. Shuichi nodded.

"He wants to check in on his other friends from DICE. He's concerned about them" he said. Kaede nodded. So his hallucinations come and go at times, huh.
