(Pregame!Ouma X Saihara) Suffering

(To explain as to what happens since Kokichi is absent I'm just gonna insert a random character called Fukashi Amane and that he was basically the ingame Kokichi in terms of personality and talent.)

(Also I was supposed to post this an hour later but I decided to push this out of my schedule real fast because I'm working on something for y'all for that 200K views this story just hit :D)

"Let's both audition for Danganronpa!

"Eh?! A-Are you sure?!"

"Yeah, Kokichi it'll be fun!"

"But-!"

"We'll go into the came and create the most fascinating murder of all time!! We'll both die together!"

"Y-Yeah but what if I d-don't get a-accepted?"

"Of course you will!"

But it didn't happen.

Kokichi wasn't chosen for the game, but his boyfriend Shuichi Saihara had managed to get on the show no problem. I guess his audition tape wasn't convincing enough. But Kokichi was sure it made Shuichi happy he was in and that was all that counted. He just hoped he'd fulfill his dream of making the best murder and get away with it.

Today was the premiere of the season. Kokichi wasn't about to miss watching his favorite show, especially with his boyfriend as one of the actors. He grabbed the bowl of popcorn he had made and Monokuma mug full of Panta. He wrapped himself in his Monomi blanket which still smelled a bit like his beloved. He grabbed the remote, clicked on Netflix, since it was now apparently cooperating with the Danganronpa Team, and choose the first two episodes of the new season. (A/N Yeah I know Netflix doesn't have Danganronpa but here it does. I can dream)

He remembered the poster advertising several of the characters on a Danganronpa fan blog introducing to a variety of characters, some of which he knew. Gonta Gokuhara, Kaito Momota, Kirumi Tojo and Kaede Akamatsu were all classmates with him at one point, while Shichi who went to a school a few blocks away from his knew Tenko Chabashira, Maki Harukawa as classmates and Himiko Yumeno as Tenko's worst enemy. Almost all of them were huge lovers of the show. He smiled at the sight of Shuichi as the Ultimate Detective. It's what he wanted to be. Kyoko has always been his favorite and he got the honor of sharing the same talent. He was also intrigued by Fukashi Amane, Ultimate Supreme Leader. It was a talent Kokichi requested.

The screen showed Kaede Akamatsu. Guess she was the new protagonist. Just like how he wasn't a fan of the real her, her new personality didn't impress him much either. He grinned at the sight of his beloved. "I'm Shuichi Saihara...The Ultimate Detective" the detective spoke surprising Kokichi a bit. It wasn't like Shuichi to look so nervous and anxious, it closely resembled what he acted like although maybe slightly more confident. Danganronpa really changed him.

The episode went pretty normal. If he had to be honest, the addition of Monokubs was...interesting I guess. He found them a tad obnoxious but he knew that soon enough the murder would start and with it the despair. He couldn't help but grin at the thought.

A few minutes later

"Boo. Boo Kaede Boo!" Kokichi booed Kaede, bored. He didn't even remember when he started throwing popcorn at the tv every time the screen showed her face. He was slightly getting irritated with Kaede's constant insert of piano into her dialogue as well as how close she was getting to Shuichi. Characters like her were a bit too positive for Kokichi's taste and the fact of how Shuichi trusted her did not help him like her at all. They devised an entire plan together and it got on Kokichi's nerves. And that scene where she tells him to be confident, nearly made him crush his Monokuma mug.
