Ink hummed as he started working on some project. He felt like he was forgetting something though, but what...

He looked down at his scarf to see that he had to meet someone, but the place and person were... Smudged?

"W-What?" He questioned, confused... How could someone smudge his writing?

Shaking his head he quickly looked through his journal to make sure he wasn't forgetting anything... Then he noticed the time... That's when it clicked.

"Oh no! Error's gonna mad!" He shouted, instinctively grabbing his broom and making a portal to the white void.

Jumping through, his eyes zoomed around for any color. Yet, none showed.

"Error! Error, are you here! I'm sorry I'm late!" He called out, wanting to hear his friend's voice.

"Y-y0u CaMe..." The glitch called out, setting himself down to the ground by his strings.

"Of course I came!" Ink gasped out, setting his hands on his knees. "I would never leave you like that." He panted, worry leaving his body quickly.

Error backed away some, his hand going to the scarf that his enemy had made the day before. Was... Was Ink really that sincere?

"Want to go get coffee?" Ink smiled up at the tall skeleton, bouncing lightly on his feet.

The glitch shrugged, not really caring... Not completely anyway...

"I-I gUeSs..." He whispered, hesitantly holding out his hand for his friend to take.

Ink let his smile turn into a comforting one as he slowly held the dark colored hand. He let the monster nervously squeeze his hand. Ink couldn't image what it would feel like if he was in his old enemy's shoes, but he at least was trying to make an effort to change... Something that made the smaller happy.

"Where do you want to go?" The squid's voice was soft as so he wouldn't startle the other.

The glitch shrugged, not really sure where they could go... Well where he could go since almost all the AUs hated him and would most likely try to kill him on the spot...

"Why not the new AU that I finished last night? They're really sweet and they won't hurt you..." Ink tried, determined to have a nice day being friends with the glitch. And somewhere with color.

The yellow eyed monster nodded, letting the other lead the way. He couldn't believe that he was allowing the little ink squid lead him to an AU that he didn't know about! Maybe this was a trap and the little blot was just going to kill him once and for all!

Even with these doubts in his mind, the monster followed the shorter one into the portal that he made.

Quickly, his hearing was filled with the sounds of cars and shouting. People were talking to one another in calm, sweet tones. Humans and monsters playing and conversing like nothing was wrong.

"There was no war here... Everything here is rather equal... Monsters and Humans living in peace..." Ink told smiling at the thought of peace... Of True Peace.

"c-cOfFeE?" The other questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Right!" Ink jumped a bit, lightly pulling the other with him to his favorite coffee shop in the AU.

Its sign was of the monster insignia with the words UnderGround underneath. The sign was a pale green with pale lavender and gold accents to it, making it stand out from the bright, solid colors of other shop signs.

"I love this place! I think you're going to like it too!" The short skeleton called out as he and the taller one walked in.

The place's name wasn't just that, it literally went underground! There were four floors to the place, each floor with a different color and view.

The top floor had the view of the city and was a pale green color. The second floor was the light lavender color and had fish tanks running around. It honestly had a more peaceful vibe to it. The third floor was the golden color and had pictures of past Presidents and Monster Ambassadors. The final floor was a mixture of all three colors and had a carpet flooring with the monster insignia. There was a bar in the back with stools and there was the coffee shop part in the front, right in your sights when you walk in.

"w-WoW..." Error couldn't help, but love everything that was going on...

Each floor had an even number of seating, even had their own little bar and coffee shop! It was wonderful! The second floor even had some arcade games too! It was just amazing!

There also was the wonderful mixture in the air... The smell of coffee grounds with the hint of honey and sugar... There was even the smell of ice-cream and alcohol! Though the alcohol smell was very faint and almost unnoticeable to those that don't drink alcohol or know about it.

"Hehe," Ink couldn't stop himself from giggling. He just loved the look of wonder on his opposite's face. It was wonderful and filled himself with a sense of pride to see that even someone as destructive as the Destroyer could enjoy something as simple as a coffee shop!

"S-SoRrY..." Error whispered, looking to the ground in embarrassment.

"It's fine! Besides it's new, I'd expect that... It's just... You looked adorable like that..." Ink's face became a bright rainbow as he quickly buried it in his scarf. "W-Why don't you choose where we sit and I'll you talk to this AU's Grillby?"

Error nodded, his face as yellow as the sun. Quickly the two separated, the small going down to the bottom and the seme finding a two person seat in the second level.

Of course he got a few stares, but it mostly was because they were wondering about the glitches around him. So nothing too harsh...

"I'm back!" The little child like skeleton called as he took the other seat.

Error chuckled, rolling his eyes at the other's hyper attitude. For a couple of minutes, the two just talked and sipped their drinks, never once bringing up the AU's... Just their devilish hobbies.

"You like to sew!" Ink called out, sipping his black forest coffee.

"yEaH... I-It'S calming..." He muttered, looking down at his chocolate latte.

"I like watching action movies..." The little artist said, looking down at his own drink.

"w-WhAt'S bAd AbOuT t-tHaT?" He asked, cocking an eyebrow.

"Well... Not many people take me as an action movie type of guy... Everyone that I had dated always laughed when I told them that... They said that I'm lying and that I'm into Chick-flicks... Which isn't completely true..." The short monster sighed at the end, not liking the memories that every single one of his boyfriends had put him through...

"oH..."

A moment of silence washed over them as they drank their latte and coffee. What could be said after that... Error could see why people would think that Ink liked Chick-Flicks... The guy was more feminine than a high school popular girl! Yet... It also wasn't that surprising... The little inkblot was into peaceful AUs, but also AUs that get your soul pumping and where you're just on the edge of what was going to happen next!

"Wanna play a game?" Ink broke the unbearable silence, pointing to a fighting game in the corner.

"Y-YeAh..." The glitch murmured, giving a small smile.

It honestly was the best day either of them had... Relaxing, and filled with laughter... Kind, gentle laughter...
