Dream had a secret that no one knew about him. Not even his brother knew about this! Though, to be fair, it was a development after the two split.

Dream may claim to be a man or a male skeleton, but his natural formed body was always a female. Now, this doesn't usually mean much, as skeletons do have the ability to take on any gender they want, which makes it very easy for transgender skeletons to exist. However, the reason why this is a big deal for Dream, is that his natural form was actually created after he ate the golden apple.

He knows this is the case as he vaguely remembered his female body being flatter and dull in color. Sure, one could think he just hit puberty, but he had already passed puberty when his body changed! It now was a vibrant golden yellow when it once was a dull coppery yellow. His ass was plump before, but not enough to really be noticed. However, now his ass very noticeable and a little more bubble butt. The worse of the new female body was the chest. His chest before was a small A cup, very reasonable and allowed him to wear plenty of shirts and tops, but now they were regularly double D's... Except for a few times a year. One of those times is when he's in his actual heat and the other times he usually just calls his second heat. During either of these times, his chest swells to annoyingly heavy F size for whatever reason filled with breast milk.

Because the weight and pressure is annoying, Dream would spend his heats in his bathroom, basically milking himself. Which he always finds to be just a horribly embarrassing! Which was his main reason for not telling his teammates, plus he didn't want them to look at him differently. Sure, this might actually be a normal thing, but he is far too embarrassed and shy to actually look it up or go to a doctor of sorts! He also knew that if anyone found out about this, all they would have to do is just plan according to his heat cycles and ambush him while he's taking care of his problem.

Currently, Dream was in the bathroom, the tub actually with the shower turned on so he wouldn't be covered in his own breast milk. Yet, this heat appeared to be the worst yet, as he had to bring in his vibrator for his needy body. He had it on the lowest setting from how sensitive he was being. Even that was being a bit too much!

Leaning back against the tub, the golden skeleton moaned quietly, bucking his hips against the vibrator. He was completely focused on himself and his own needs, that he didn't feel the shift in the air.

Nightmare and Cross had been noticed that Dream would disappear three times a year. They were always the same months, so at first they thought it was just him going into heat since Nightmare's heats were like that too and Cross doesn't naturally go into heat. However, after looking it up and the team finally being let in on what was going with Nightmare three times a year, it became clear that this wasn't normal. Monster heats only happen for one month at the most. If it happens more than that then there probably something wrong.

This had confused Nightmare and Cross for a while, so they did steal a few doctors to see what was wrong. At first they had thought that it was a normal human thing just modified to the monster, but it then became clear that wasn't the case. If it was the human disease, then sure Nightmare would be horny more often than the average person, but it wouldn't align with his heats. So, the doctor's next thought about his magic, that it was likely reacting to something or "overloading".

Part of that was true. It was Nightmare's magic that was making him have three heats, but he was being effected by the Negative Apples he had eaten a long time ago. Since the Apples were affecting his magic, it would also explain his own new body far more than just because of his own magic.
