4. Hawaii vlog part3

The ceremony was done, and David felt relieved knowing that he had just married his friends mom, just to piss him off. He was super excited and couldn't wait till it was time to edit the vlog.

They rested a little at their hotel and then went to the airport. That day was a really stressful for the three of them, but they were all okay with it.

David couldn't stop asking the two women, if they were tired or if they needed anything.

Once they landed in Hawaii, Natalie let them now about their reservation at the hotel. David wanted to rent a car, so right after that, they drove to the hotel.

"Hello mr. Dobrik, I see you will be paying for two rooms tonight" the handsome man said.

"Yes" David answered and turned to look at the two women. Natalie was familiar with that. They always stayed in the same hotel room when they traveled it was no big deal.

Mrs. Lorraine didn't know that, so she got excited, thinking that this was a move. She smiled at David being proud.

"I guessed you wouldn't want to sleep alone, so Natalie will stay with you for the night" David lied, acting like that was his first plans. He didn't want to make her say anything. So he made that up at that moment.

Natalie looked at David confused, she wasn't expecting David thinking like that, but she was okay with it. Lorraine didn't like David's answer though. "Oh no, the two kids will sleep on one room and me in the other"

The man looked at the three people in front of him. "I was told you are a youtuber?" Which causes David to smile.

"Yes, I just got married, we're on our honeymoon" he said with wide smile, forgetting to mention that he had married Lorraine.

"Congratulations mister. Have a great honeymoon, your rooms will be ready in ten to fifteen minutes" he announced and the three people were fine with that.

They let the hotel staff know that they would be at the beach as they were waiting for their rooms to be ready.

They all wore their swimsuits and visited the beautiful beach, just to film some clips. Natalie found the opportunity to swim a little before they would go back to their luxurious hotel. She was so grateful to be able to do all these things with her best friend.

Half an hour later, they took the elevator and went to their rooms. Lorraine's room was on a different floor so David and Natalie, let the older woman on her room and walked to theirs. "Thank you so much David" she kissed his cheek causing him to turn pink, and his heart to race.

"If I didn't have you none of this would be happening" he touched her hand, but they had arrived outside their room, so he had to open the door.

"Wow" He said looking at the room he booked. "Oh no!" he laughed when he saw the bed. There were heart shaped rose petals on the bed, and two glasses with champagne. There was a bathtub in the middle of the room, filled with hot water and red rose petals.

"Oh my god this is beautiful!" Natalie said walking into the room knowing that the hotel thought they were on their honeymoon. Natalie turned to look at David who was enjoying the view.

"They must have thought that we're on our honeymoon" he explained and as soon as he saw the bathtub he said "and I am totally okay with that!"

Natalie laughed and walked up to him. She hold his hand, wanting to thank him once again, but she thought she would sound suspicious. "I don't wanna leave this room" she joked. "Ever!"

David hugged her and kissed her forehead, "we have to go out tonight, don't forget we have mrs. Lorraine with us".

They laid on the bed which was so comfortable and then it was time to leave the room. "We have to tell them that we're not the ones who got married" Natalie said feeling guilty.

"They won't care Natalie. I'll just tip them to thank them" David explained and Natalie smiled.

The rest of the night was quiet, they filmed a bunch of bits for the vlog, and late in the night they returned to the hotel.

"I've never been so excited to go back to the hotel room in my life" David admitted and the two friends laughed walking to their room.

They changed clothes, to be comfortable and laid on the bed. "Don't edit now! Please, let's just talk, we will edit together tomorrow on the airport" Natalie begged her friend to spend some time with her.

David looked at her eyes being sleepy already and smiled, "you won't last five minutes talking".

They bet on the time that Natalie would be asleep on David's lap. "So, what's wrong with mrs. Nash?" Natalie asked to start a conversation.

"Nothing" He said at first, but Natalie wasn't buying it. "You know the whole shipping thing?" He waited for her to nod. "Well I thing she ships us more than anyone" this made Natalie realize why the older woman was acting like that.

While they were on the topic Natalie thought it was her opportunity to admit something. "You know I'm okay with that right?"

"You are?" David asked confused.

"As long as we're not the ones that are making them ship us, it's okay. We have been dealing with this for our whole lives" she laughed.

"You're right Nat, but you do know it's ya that's making them ship us right?" He got serious and got closer to Natalie. "They never shipped me with Corinna, or Erin, or Carly. They never shipped me with Liza like this. They see something!"

Natalie's cheeks were red. She didn't know how this conversation would end but she loves being able to be completely honest with him. "But whatever they see, we don't. I mean, do you see it?" she was waiting for his words. She was hoping deep down that he was indeed seeing something.

David looked into her eyes, he thought he always knew how Natalie was feeling, but at that moment he didn't know how to answer. He didn't know what to say to make her happy. "I can see something that I'm not sure if I'm afraid of it"

Natalie looked into his eyes and then cuddled him. "It's getting late. I owe you 10 bucks" she smiled and buried her face into his chest, leaving him speechless and totally lost on what had happened.

The next morning, both of them were acting like nothing had happened, and nobody talked about that night ever again. They had breakfast and went skydiving and flew back to California, but they were still okay with each other.

It was the ninth they were editing where it was just the two of them in the room. "I love you" David whispered casually and Natalie smiled back.

"I love you too Dave" she looked back to the computer screen. Whatever these I love you's were, they made both of them happy, and comfortable. And that's how the night ended, with two best friends exchanging I love you's on midnight and not having to explain the reason. Just because.
