16. Ilya kissed Natalie

David was walking around trying to find Natalie when he bumped into Casandra. She was acting weird which got him worried about Natalie. She had been drinking the past few days.

She denied to answer where Natalie was, she kept telling him that she didn't know where Natalie was.

"Cas, is she okay?" David asked. He wanted to know if she was drunk somewhere alone.

"Yes, totally. Just trust her" she pat his shoulder and left to go to Natalie.

David hung out with Jeff, and Scott and forgot about Natalie. Casandra was a responsible woman, if Natalie was too drunk, she would let him know.

David walked into the bathroom. He wasn't expecting to see anybody he knew there, but he did see Natalie. With a man. When he realized that the man holding Natalie's hand was Ilya, he wanted to leave the room. His head started to ache and when he run away he hit his hand in the side of the door.

Natalie heard the noise and looked at the door. She didn't she who it was but for some reason she felt like it was David. Maybe because she felt guilty. "Ilya get off me" she walked away. "You shouldn't be doing this. WE shouldn't be doing this!" she pointed at the both of them.

"Because?" a very drunk Ilya tried to talk. "Because we're friends?"

"Yes! I've known you since we were kids, Ilya I love you but this is never going to happen" Natalie hugged Ilya.

"But if it was David the one trying to kiss you you wouldn't say no, right?" Ilya finally said. "Are you not friends with David? It's the same thing Natalie"

"It's not the same thing Ilya" she yelled. She wouldn't want to yell at Ilya.

"Yeah sorry, you're right. It's not the same thing" he opened the door to leave the bathroom. "Because you're in love with David" he said right before he left.

Ilya loved David like he was his brother. He would never hurt him. And the thing with Natalie was nothing serious. He was too drunk to think about it. He wasn't even in love with her. Yes, he loved her, but he wouldn't want to date her.

Ilya walked to David. If he was sober none of this would have happened. But right now, all Ilya wanted to do was brag to David about kissing Natalie. Which was something that sober Ilya would never do.

David was walking fast. He was rubbing his hand, now Ilya was sure that David was the one to run out of the bathroom. He seemed like he was mad. "Dave!"

David turned to look at Ilya. He fake smiled. He didn't want to show them that he was mad that Ilya and Natalie were a thing.

When Ilya was close to David, he cracked a smile "I kissed Natalie!"

David's legs were in pain. They couldn't hold him. He couldn't believe that his best friend would do that to him. They had promised that they would never hit on Natalie. It was the only friend they both had, and both wanted to kiss since they were little.

David clenched his jaw. "What do you want me to do about it?"

"I- I don't know. I thought you wanted to know. Maybe put it in the vlogs" Ilya suggested still smiling. David Hayes him right now. He was so jealous.

"I won't." David walked away knowing that Ilya would follow him.

"C'mon" Ilya basically begged for him.

"Ilya I'm not putting you kissing Natalie in the vlogs. Natalie wouldn't want that. It's none of my business what you two are doing" David hit Ilya's arm, trying to be playful but he actually hurt him.

"Whoah man! Are you mad or something?" Ilya laughed. He knew the answer. And he planned on saying sorry some time.

"Ilya get out of my face. I should be away from you for some time" David walked away. When he saw Natalie looking at him from far away. He couldn't tell but her eyes were watery. He turned around and walked away. He had no reason to be mad at Natalie. But he didn't want to talk to her.

David went straight to Jason and even though he thought he couldn't talk about it to anyone, he did. He explained all of it to Jason. How David had told Ilya that he liked Natalie back in the day and how Ilya had said that he likes her too. Then they promised to never pull a move on Natalie, and how Ilya had just kissed Natalie.

Jason hugged David, he never thought that David actually liked Natalie. He was always joking about them but never knew that David actually had a crush on her.

A few minutes later Casandra approached them and told them to go back to their hotel. When they all met up to drive to the hotel, David saw Ilya.

When David started walking a little faster, Ilya yelled at him. "Natalie is a goooood kisser" and he laughed.

David immediately stopped walking and walked to Ilya. He came really close and thought to himself if he should punch his best friend for Natalie. "This would never happen if you hadn't break your promise" he lightly punched his best friends chest and walked faster again. Natalie was no where to be seen. A bunch of fans where following them asking who Natalie was.

"Why did you tell him?" Casandra hit Ilya too. She didn't want all that drama.

"I didn't tell him shit" Ilya tried to explain.

"He didn't tell me, I saw it" David yelled.

"You broke the promise first" Ilya yelled. He was now serious. David walked once again to Ilya.

"What?" He couldn't believe what he was hearing. He never broke the promise. He wanted to for so long, but he never did it.

"You were the one who asked Natalie to move in with you" Ilya blamed it all on David.

"I needed an assistant" David explained.

"You needed Natalie" Ilya corrected him.

"What are you saying we were both in relationships when that happened" David felt like his best friend was stupid.

"You knew you and Liza would break up. And you hopes Natalie would break up with that asshole" Ilya smiled. "I'm not stupid David"

"You are Ilya. Right now you're being stupid. Yes, I needed Natalie, but I never kissed her!"

Natalie was still no where to be found until then. But she quietly walked to them. No one had seen her yet. "What are we even fighting about, I'm not in LOVE with Natalie, it was just a kiss"

Natalie walked to them. She slapped Ilya and looked at David holding his camera. "If you're thinking of using that for footage you're wrong"

David shook his head. Natalie had been crying. Casandra hugged her but Natalie wasn't crying no more.

"Ilya this is never going to happen again" she explained. "I'm happy to hear I was just someone you wanted to kiss for the night"

Natalie walked past them but David grabbed her hand. He had nothing to say. He just wanted to look into her eyes. To make sure she's alright.

"David I'm fine!" she sighed. "I'm tired, of you need me anything I'll be in my room"

David let her go and looked at Ilya. If Natalie was fine with him, then he should be too. "Your dumb ass is the reason she's crying and we're fighting. Go sleep"

"I might be the reason we're fighting but I believe you're the reason she's crying" Ilya said and walked to the hotel with the help of Casandra.

David stood there thinking of what his best friend had just said. "I'm the reason?"
