25. Carnival date

David and Natalie were just getting comfortable with sharing their true feelings with eachother. It was extremely hard for Natalie since she ended her recent relationship less than a year ago. David went through a break up too, but his was different. He had people supporting him, and even his ex wasnt even en ex, she was more like a friend. On the other hand, Natalie and her boyfriend weren't talking anymore, and the fact that her ex had to see edits of Natalie with David, made it seem like she wasn't even in love with her boyfriend while they were dating.

Natalie had a call from David's manager letting her know that David should make an appearance at a County Fair. "It's not like he has to go, but it would be nice, also, he will definately have fun. You will have fun"

Natalie talked to his manager and then walked to David's room, to talk to him. "It's hilarity for charity, it should be fun" she let him know.

"Okay, let's go" he said and stood up, waiting for Natalie. "Go get dressed up, and we'll go" he simply said going into his closet and picking out a simple outfit.

Natalie smiled at how out of the blue this was, she enjoyed him gettiing excited for stuff, as she was walkin out of the room she laughed "Don't be in a rush, we don't have to leave for another hour"

David was ready and he was waiting for her to get ready when he saw Reggie come in the room. "Oh Reggie you're hear too?" he was surprised and tried to hide his disappointment that he would probably go withbthem at the carnival. reggie sensed his friends fear and smiled.

"Don't worry I'm not coming" he picked on his friend.

"You can come if you want to" he tried to sound convncing.

"That's what your girlfriend said" he casually said and David looked at him.

"She's not my girlfriend!"

"I know" Reggie was bored of his friends' games. "I know"

David smiled and hit his friend's arm. "Is she ready?"

"Yup" Reggie answered when Natalie came in the room. Wearing the most simple thing someone could wear and having little make up on, she looked like a Goddess. Natalie couldn't help but smile at David being speechless.

"C'mooon" she laughed and pulled his hand to get out of the bed. David smiled and folloewd her. "Bye baby" Natalie kissed Reggie's cheek and he winked. 

"Have fun" he bit his lip trying to make fun of his best friends. "Be careful, fans are gonna be there" he winked once again.

"Don't say this, trying to ruin the mood Reggie" Natalie complained and walked to the Ferrari with David. As soon as he started the car, he turned to look at Natalie.

"Why did he ruin it by mentioning the fans?" he wanted to know if she was comfortable walking around next to him.

"Well, most of them are really nice, but some of them can be mean and you know it" she didnt want to complain, she loved meeting fans, she just didn't like it when people hated on her, or when people thought it would be fun to hate on Liza when they met Natalie. "Some people always find a way to compare me and Liza, and I don't feel good because I really like Liza"

David felt bad for Natalie, he never thought of that. "Where they ever mean to you in person?" he asked waiting for her answer. He didn't know what he would do if she said yes.

"No" she lied. "Forget about it alright? Let's have fun tonight" she held his hand, while he was driving. He was worth the hate. They arrived at the fair, and after talking to some people and taking some pictures, they finally were alone.

"I'm gonna go buy us something, do you want to drink anything specific?" David said and went to grab some drinks. Natalie was standing alone when a girl about her age came to talk to her.

"I saw that you were alone, and I came to talk to you" the girl said and Natalie's first thought that maybe she wanted to hit on her.

"Thanks! I am here with someone" Natalie responded with a smile on her face.

"Oh, no oh my God, I know" the girl said. "I mean I know who you are, I wanted to take a picture" 

"Oh my God I feel so stupid!"Natalie was red from the embarassement. "I feel so bad, of course let's take pictures" she smiled and covered her face.

"Don't feel bad, I mean I suppose it happens a lot" 

"No, not so much" Natalie laughs. "I don't want you thinking that people are always asking me out"

"Well, that's what I see in the vlogs" the girl explained.

"It's different" Natalie poses for the selfie.

"And when it does happen do you always say that you're with someone?" the girl laughed trying to make Natalie talk about David.

"Only if I am" Natalie laughed, and right when the fan was about to ask more stuff, David came holding his and Natalie's drinks. While handing Natalie her drink, he says hi to the fan.

"Are you having fun?" the girl says after asking for a picture.

"Yeah. we're having so much fun" David says and then asks how she is.

"I am having fun too, thank you, I will, leave now, but can I tell people that I saw you? Is this like a secret date?" the girl was brave enough to ask them.

David burst into laughter "I don't know if you call this a date but it's definately not a secret"

Natalie smiled and waved at the girl.

They played and had fun, while no one else talked to them it actually felt like a date. It's like nobody knew them and they were having fun with it. David recieved a call from Zane and got serious. "Aw we have to leave!" David complained as he was having fun. "We gotta go pick up the guys and go somewhere else"

They got in the ferrari and drove back to the house, to take the Tesla. They waites for Reggie and Zane and all of his friend to come in the car. As soon as Reggie saw them he winked at Natalie. "So how was the carnival?" he asked smiling waiting to see their reaction.

"Fun" Natalie smiled and hoped that her friend knew she didn't want to talk about it.

"It was great Reggie, good thing you didnt come with us" he laughed and teased his friend.

"OH my God! Really?" he asked excited that his friend may be dating now.

"No Reggie, No!" Natalie acted like she was tired of it. "Don't lie and let him believe that something happened" Natalie turned to look at David and she smiled.

"Sorry" he smiled. "But I really am glad we were alone" he whispered to Natalie and she blushed. 

"Me too but he doesn't have to know" Natalie said out loud to tease Reggie and both David and Natalie laughed at their friend.
