13. lie detector test part2

Natalie looked herself in her room and started shaking. She didn't know who to call and what to do. She had just admitted that she'd marry David. Of course no one knew that she'd marry him even if he wasn't filming, just because she cared for him and... loved him. She did. That's that.

David continued filming with his friends. He had a smile on his face for the whole evening. Nothing could bring him down. He was super excited. When an hour pasted, he turned to look for Natalie. She was still in her room and he got worried.

He put his camera down when Corinna was being tested. Jason saw the strange thing his friend did, and waited for Corinna to answer and then talked to David.

"Natalie is still in her room" David said to his friend. "Do you mind checking if she's alright? I feel bad for making her answer that question"

Jason shook his head. "Sure man. Do you want me to say anything?"

"No. Don't make it look like I sent you. And make sure to say her that we won't put her part in the vlogs" David pat his friends arm.

"You know, she's gonna know you sent me. She's not a child" Jason made sure his best friend knew. "Are you sure you don't wanna go there yourself? After all, I can't just go into her room. You can, you're her friend"

David thought that Jason was right. Him sending Jason might make Natalie even more mad if she even was mad. He placed his camera on the kitchen counter and quietly walked to her room. On his way, he told Jason to keep filming.

"Nat" he knocked on the door and didn't hear anything. He did it two more times. He was getting worried. He knew she would be fine, but he wanted to make sure.

He opened up the door carefully. He looked for her in the room. Natalie wasn't there. But her bathroom's door was closed. He listened to make sure she wasn't taking a shower, and laid in her bed.

He wouldn't want her coming out of the bathroom naked. But Natalie was indeed taking a shower. She just happened to just get out of the shower.

She put in some music and put on mine masks. She touched the door to open it when she realized she wasn't even wrapped on a towel. She did that and opened the door.

When she saw someone on her bed screamed. She fell on the floor and teared up. She was genuinely scared.

David was laughing but he felt bad. He came to her room to apologize but he ended up scaring her.

He kneeled down and held her head. He made sure she wasn't injured. He smelled her hair, and body. Her face perfect even with tears running down her face. Her legs, peeking through the towel. He stopped himself. "Sorry" he hugged her.

Natalie tried to sit up next to him and hugged him back. She needed that hug. "I'm okay" she was truthful.

"I'm sorry for scaring you and for making you answer that question" he played with her hair and got up. He sat in her bed.

"Well, about the question, I mean it's okay. I didn't say anything bad. I would marry you" she said "for a vlog" she lied. She would definitely marry him even if he wouldn't post it.

"Yeah sure" David said playfully, acting like he didn't believe her. But he did, he had zero confidence when it came to her feelings.

"David, I'm telling the truth" she continued lying while her face was getting more pink.

"Okay, come outside and I'll ask you that" David proposed and he actually loves the idea.

Natalie shook her head. She obviously didn't want to do that. When all of his friends were there. They would all know that she liked him.

David didn't insist on her answering that question because by her reaction he knew the answer. David smiled. "I'm going outside now. If you want, you can come by and answer some things" he joked and got near her.

She was still sitting on the floor with only one white towel covering her body. One of her legs was showing and once David got closer, he fixed her towel. She blushed even more and when he leaned over her, she felt her lead burning.

He leaned in and kissed her forehead. He loved doing that. "You smell really nice" he simply commented and left. After all he had done, he left her speechless.

When David walked to the living room he approached to Jason. "I'm gonna go get tested once again and once Natalie is out of her room ask me that..." David whispered to his friend.

"How do you know that she will come?" Jason asked.

"I just know. Trust me" David smiled and let the man strap him up.

A few questions later, Natalie got out of her room and walked to the kitchen. That's when Jason winked at David. "David. Would you marry Natalie?"

Natalie stopped walking. She didn't want to turn around, but she did. And she locked her eyes on David who was already lookin at her.

"Yes. I would, and not just for the vlogs" David simply said. He seemed really cool, but he knew that his heart was beating faster than ever.

"And that's because?" Jason said once again as David had asked him to.

"Um, that would be because I love her" David smiled looking at Natalie's eyes tearing up.

Jason asked everyone to leave while Natalie was still standing looking at David. And David who was now free from the things the police man had put on him, was still sitting in that chair, looking at Natalie.

The room was now empty and it was just the two best friends standing there silent. David couldn't stop smiling. And Natalie didn't even bother wiping her tears.

Out of the blue, she started walking towards him, fast. He stopped smiling. He was concerned now on what she would do.

But she just walked towards him and started passionately kissing him. Like they would both die in the next minute. Like that's her purpose on life. They couldn't stop kissing when he finally said "I love you"

Natalie kisses his lips. She loved those lips. Then kissed his eyes. And then his neck. "I love you too" she said as she kept kissing lower and lower.
