Blast from the past - Chapter 52. EDIT

The feeling you felt earlier about 'something being wrong' suddenly hit.

"It's been a while, Judith". Kylo muttered.

"It has been, Ben" Judith smirked back.

Everything clicked into place. Kylo knew her before becoming Kylo Ren. How? You could only guess as images and thoughts swirled around your mind.

You turned your face away from them, hoping that seeing them together wouldn't birth horrid feelings towards Judith, an apparent ally to you and The Order but their figures burned into your mind like an iron being wedged into your skin.

Squeezing your eyes shut, hoping that the little black dots would somehow magically make the image fade away. Until a familiar voice called out.

"____?". The voice was slow and deep but soothing at the same time. Your eyes opened to be met with an overly familiar face you thought you'd never see.

"R-rai?" You stuttered. Rai was another child you'd met at the orphanage, he was smaller than most of the other boys and a lot less annoying, Rai preferred to read books and study then play football and be immature. Rai was one of four boys you ever spoke to let alone called friends. "Rai!" Your emotions leapt from your heart out into the surrounding area, a smile had burst across your face.

You dashed towards him, flinging out your arms "Is it really you?!" You shouted, in disbelief.

He chuckled, barely catching you in an embrace "It's me" he muttered, a small delicate smile was printed onto his face, genuine happiness could be seen. "To think I'd meet you here of all places. I remember walking somewhere with Tsubaki and then, bam. I was here". His facial expression changed from happiness to loneliness.

You stepped back looking into his eyes "Did Tsubaki come with you?" You questioned, worried.

Rai shook gently, trying to not knock off his glasses "No she didn't". He sighed, remembering past events.

You gripped his clothing "How'd you get here? I mean, just how?" you questioned, thoughts ran through your mind at the speed of light. Was someone playing apart in this? Or was it a freak of nature, you and your loved ones were slowly but surely appearing within this universe as well.

Rai shook his head "I don't remember, all I do remember is walking together with Tsubaki in the Lavender fields, talking and then darkness and then here".

Before you could ask any more questions, Judith jumped in. "Nice to see two people meet again after a while but let's not do it here, okay?" She smiled but you could feel that wasn't her true feelings underneath.

Kylo instantly interrupted her line of thought "She's not in that sort of relationship with him, Judith". He spat. Surprised at Kylo's remark, you began to notice your actions, suddenly running up to a man, who quote "use to know", flung yourself at them and proceeded not to let go. You instantly stumbled back, red as tomato "So-sorry" you stuttered "it's just strange to see someone I actually knew here". Turning your head away slightly, still feeling embarrassed.

You grasped Kylo's sleeve and proceeded to bury your face into his side.

Rai and Judith were slightly taken back at your action but Kylo still feeling slightly annoyed at Judith for her snarky mental remarks and his jealousy towards Rai decided to cover you out of view with his cloak.

"Shall we?" He muttered, already feeling contempt at him being the winner.
