This story was actually really fun to write and when I started it, I did not see that ending coming. I actually had a few different endings planned out, but this one stuck on me the most.

I wanted to show that even though this entire story was between the reader and two men, at the end, the power to keep going came from within. Now of course, Kakashi and Genma are still going to be there for her and her baby. After all, whose baby is it? (;

But I had a lot of fun progressing the relationships in the story. Genma's relationship started off quick and superficial, but turned into something wonderful and passionate. Kakashi's, on the other hand, started off slow and friendly, showing his hesitation to love again. But once he did, he was a goner, falling as deep as he could.

I'd like to see what reception this story gets as I plan the sequel. Would that be something you're interested in reading?
