Chapter 32

Ciara's pov

Right now the group and I are walking to this beautiful park where people have picnics, walk dogs, and just play at playground. Right before we entered the gates of the park Cam pulled me all the way to the other side if the street. "I gave him a confused look. What's going on? Is there something wrong with the plan?" I thought to myself.

" Hey what's up, Is something wrong?" I ask him.

" No nothing's wrong, I just have to tell you a couple things that I can't say in front of the others," he says.

" Oh okay, so what do you need to tell me?"

" Well first of all Omar knows about the plan, I told him because of something he told me that I can't tell you about. He got her a present and he's gonna ask her out today."

"Finally!" I yell with excitement, everyone around looked at us. I clapped my hand over my mouth and looked at Cam who was trying ever so hard not to burst out laughing.

"Okay anyway," I say lowering down my voice, " I'll tell everyone else while you distract Addy."

He nodded for approval, we crossed the street, and headed into the park to find our friends. While crossing the street I see someone oddly familiar, I take a closer look and see the person that I didn't think I'd see ever again. My eyes grew big and my hands start shaking.

" Ciara, what's wrong?" asked Cam. I couldn't get any words out of my mouth, I was frozen.

" Ciara? Ciara, are you okay?"

I couldn't think of what to do. Finally my brain started functioning again and I pulled Cam so we entered the gate of the park. Before he could ask anything I pointed to the gate so he could see for himself.

When he turned around his eyes were wide. he gave me the what-are-we-going-to-do look, I shrugged. I lower my head down but immediately looked up when someone grabbed my hand and dragged me along behind them.

" Cameron what are you-?!?" I exclaim.

" Shhhh, they're going to hear you!" he whisper-yelled.

I turn my head to see them looking our way but luckily they didn't see us. We ran all the way to the back of the park and found our friends sitting against a tree talking. Yolo was the first one to look up.

" Hey what took you guys so long?" asked Yolo.

" And why are you so out of breathe?" Maddie asked.

I just waved my finger meaning that I'll tell them later, then I gave Cam the take-Addy-away-now-so-I-can-tell-everyone-else glare, luckily he followed what I told him and took Addy far away. Once they left everyone turned to me.

" Okay, now tell us what we need to know," I nod with a little smile on my face.

" Okay so Cam told, Omar about the plan," I start explaining everything to them, " and now we have to help our dear friend get the girl of his dreams."

By now everyone was smiling, Lover Boy is as red as a tomato right now.

" So Omar, Cam told me about a present you got for Addy. What did you get her?" I ask.

" Well little miss impatient, you'll just have to wait and see," he says with a smile.

" Shhhh they're coming back!" Maddie whisper-yelled.

" Hey, what were you guys talking about?" Addy asked.

" Oh nothing, it was just some stuff about high school," Yolo said.

" Oh, yeah," Addy replied with a small frown.

I look at her with a small smile, I know why her mood has changed so fast and too be honest I can't blame her. Yolo noticed too and apologized really fast.

" I'm sorry Addy, I didn't mean to make you upset,"

" No it's fine, I just can't help imagine how things will be......"

We all stayed quiet for a couple minutes, Omar had a confused look on his face. I could tell he was going to ask what we were talking about but my phone rang. I look at who's calling and excuses myself from the group.

" Hello?"
