You and Me

Chapter 2

(1 hour later)

I get out of the car and look at my new school. It's one floor school but still pretty big. My mom and I walk in and people already start to stare. As I pass by I saw a group of people around my age talking and laughing.

They look like they are practically family,I wish that could be me someday.

Ciara's pov

I was with a bunch of my friends just talking and laughing, we were all waiting for the bell to ring for homeroom until we saw this girl walk in with her mom. Mr.Sigil (our principle) has asked if we could all show a new student around so I assumed that was her. I guess I wasn't listening because my friend Cameron was trying to get my attention. When I finally got back to reality my friends were all staring at me.

"Are you okay?" Asked my friend Maddie.

"Yea I'm fine I was just thinking about the new student that we are all gonna show around." I replied

Addy's p.o.v

A couple minutes later we arrived in the office. My mom spoked to the one of the office ladies.

"Yes her name is Adamarias Artega"

The office lady replied "ah yes!" "The principal has picked a group of students to show Adamarias around, they are really good students and friends I believe."

I was just listening to their conversation until I heard a bell. I saw all the students walking separate ways heading to their classrooms through the glass door. Then the office lady said that the group would be here in a couple minutes because they had to stay for attendance.

10 minutes has passed and the door suddenly opens. I turn to see three girls and a boy and realized those were the people I saw while walking inside.They seemed really nice so I was kind of excited to get to know them.After a minute or to the principal came in the room and let the group introduce themselves.

They all introduced themselves.

"Hey I'm Cameron!"

"Hi, I'm Yolanda but you can call me Yolo."

"My name is Maddie, it's nice to met you." I shook her hand and looked at the last girl.

"Hello, My name is Ciara but you can just call me any nickname you have in mind."

It was my turn to introduce myself.

"Hi my name is Adamarias but you guys can call me Addy."

After we finished introducing ourselves the group showed my mom and I around. They were really nice and they always had a smile in their face😃. We past by the lunch room, large gym, small gym, band room (which I was happy since I was joining the band program and all of them were in it too), the music room,and art room. Then we went in multiple hallways and they explained about the different color teams and classes. Ciara and I had the same math class and we all had the same 2nd,4th,and 5th period classes. After about 30 minutes the tour came at a end. All of them said goodbye to my mom and see you later to me and went to class.

After I said bye to my mom I headed to my first class at this school which was math.
