Chapter 35

Ciara's Pov
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
I wake up to my alarm clock on my phone. I remove the blankets and look at Maddie who is still asleep. I roll my eyes and grab the pillow I used. I then silently got up from the ground and walked over to Maddie. 1-2-3......
"MADDIE WAKE UP!" I scream while hitting her in the face with the pillow. She immediately sat up with a scared face that grew to a mad face about two seconds later.

"WHAT THE HECK CIARA?!?" She exclaimed hitting me back with her pillow.

"It's time to get up, we have school today," I say with an innocent smile on my face. She groaned and laid back down causing me to roll my eyes again, getting the pillow ready, and hitting her again in the face.

"Okay okay! I'll go get ready now!" She surrendered with her hands up. I nodded my head and we both went up. Maddie stayed in the same floor to use the bathroom there and I headed up to my room to use my own bathroom.

Once I got to my room I took a nice long shower and picked out my outfit which was some pair of blue jeans, a nice white floral shirt with flowers on it, and my black band sweatshirt that says " I'm with the band" on it. It also has some aliens from star wars playing different instruments, what can I say our band teacher loves Star Wars.

I headed back downstairs to see Maddie in the kitchen with my sister already eating breakfast that my dad made. I take a seat next to Maddie and start eating the breakfast. It's the middle of April and it's kind of cold but the weekend was very warm. the weather here is very confusing during spring time, one week it's really really warm and the next it's cold but you'll still need a sweatshirt.

I look at what my sister was wearing, she's wearing some dark jeans and a pink shirt that had a butterfly on it. Maddie was wearing a pair of dark jeans also with a brown leather jacket.

After breakfast I went back to my room to brush my teeth and fix my hair. Maddie also came up after brushing her teeth to use the mirror in my room and so we could talk at the same time.

"So what do you think the big announcement is?" I ask taking a small amount of hair and twisting it securing it the the back of my head with a bobbing pin.

" I'm not sure, maybe there's a new student?" She answered unsurely. I looked at the clock and saw that it was already 8:06, we don't enter the school until 8:35 but it takes a while to get there.

With that said we finished getting ready, put on our shoes, and walked out the door to see Addy waiting outside.

" Hey Addy!" Maddie and I yell out. She turned her head toward and gave us a big smile.

" Hey guys!" She greeted us back.

" So how was your date with Omar
yesterday?!?" Maddie squealed.

" It was... perfect," Addy said it in a dreamy way with a big smile on her face.

" Okay tell us everything you did, I can't wait any longer!" I exclaim.

All the way to school we listened to what Omar and Addy did yesterday. It was all so cute!

We finally arrived at the school and went to find the rest of our 'group'. We found them by the main doors just talking about some random stuff. Yolo was the first to see us.

" Hey guys!" She greeted us.

" Hey! Did you hear about Addy and Omar's date?" I whispered the last part to Yolo since Omar was just a couple feet away.

" Oh my gosh, YESSS!! It was so cute!" She exclaimed.

Addy was standing by Maddie just talking about some stuff and I noticed that Maddie had her phone on so j decided to make her do something that Addy would thank me for later. I grab my phone and start typing showing Yolanda what I was saying.

Me- Push Addy into Omar, the poor guy keeps looking at her and wants her to be beside him

And with that Maddie pushed Addy into Omar, who of course catches her. Addy's face turned red while Omar grabbed her have and intertwined their fingers ,making them stand side by side. We talk for a couple more minutes and head inside. I walk to the band locker room to put my flute away and then head to my locker. While opening my locker I saw a very familiar face in the corner of my eye. I turn head quickly towards him but no one was there.

I turn my head back to my locker slowly and start unpacking my stuff. Once I collected everything I needed for first period I headed into homeroom and sat next to Maddie. The teacher walked in the room with a smile on her face. She said some stuff and then said " Class I would like you to meet our new student," then a boy walked behind her. My eyes grew wide as I got a closer look at him. Oh my gosh.
