Y/N POV

I got off work early like really early. 7 hours early. Not sure why but my boss let me go.

I'm almost home. Billie would most likely be at work still but I'm not sure. She usually gets out earlier than me. We work at different jobs. I work as a lawyer for immigration. Billie works in music production with her brother. We both don't really have time together but we managed. We have a beautiful 17 year old daughter Maggie.

We had her very young 15 but I don't regret it. She beautiful and so kind hearted like Billie. We homeschooled here but once high school came along I suggest she got to school. So now she does and she likes it. Which is good.

I pull in the driveway. I see Billies car. She's home I wonder what she is doing. I check the time and I see that Maggie will get out of school in 10 minutes. She drives her car so she will be here in around 20 minutes. I walk into our house to hear moans. Billies just Billies. I smirk to myself thinking she was touching herself. I walk up the stairs quietly. I open our bedroom door to see her laying on the bed as someone's head in between her legs. My heart dropped and broke. I dropped my my things as I was on the verge of tears. Billie opened her eyes to see me as her eyes widen. She pushed the girl as she quickly put on her clothing. As I just stood there processing everything. I was lost in my thoughts. I didn't notice Billie Coming towards me. I feel a hand touch my arm as I flinch. I see Billie in front of me with sad guilty and regretful eyes. I back away as she try's to get near me

Y/n: Get away
Billie: Y/n
Y/n: No shut up

I started to think Were was I going to go. But then my mind went to Maggie's. Shit Maggie going to be here any minute or second now. I go towards the girl pick up her clothes throwing it at her.

Y/n: Go change quickly NOW

She did she looked afraid. When she walked into the bathroom Billie looked at me.

Billie: Y/n Im so sorry baby please forgive me

I just ignored her. She really thinks a sorry is going to cut it. She's dumb as fuck. And the fact that I'm Hispanic makes it worst because we get crazy mad but I'm holding it in.

Billie: Y/n please talk to me

I didn't want to but I had to make it clear of what we are going to do.

Y/n: We have a daughter ok I don't want her to know about this so I'm not leaving but you and me over I want a divorce

She looked sad. She just nodded her head. The girl came out as I pointed to the door. She ran out as I pick up my things set them were they go. I walk out to the kitchen to start cooking.

Billies POV

I feel so stupid. How could I just ruin the best thing I had. Y/n is the love of my life but I let her down. I go downstairs and see her cooking. I walk up to her.

Y/n: Go away
Billie: Y/n please

Y/N POV

I hear the door open and close. I smile as I see Billie looking at me. I walk out to see my babygirl.

Maggie: Mom your Home early
Y/n: Yes I am
Maggie: What were you guys doing?
Y/n: Nothing

You see I'm a great liar like a really good liar.

Maggie: Is there something wrong?
Y/n: Sweetheart Nothing is wrong we were just talking about getting a dog that's all
Maggie: Oh My God serious?!
Y/n: Yes ma'am
Maggie: OH MY GOD

She went running up the stairs as I smile at her. When I turn around I realized what I said. I slap my head as I shook my head. I was walking into the kitchen when someone was calling me. I feel Billies eyes on my. I pick up the phone

Billies POV

Y/n picked up the phone so I just listen.

Y/n: Hello
Y/n: Who is this?
Y/n: Eric?
Y/n: Wait hold up

She looked around thinking then her face lit up

Y/n: Oh my god senior Eric?!
Y/n: oh my god. How did you get my number?
Y/n: Oh Lucia gave it to you were my hoe at?

She wiggles her eyebrows when she said Lucia. I made me jealous

Y/n: Ohhhhh shit I totally forgot I was supposed to go with her but u know what happened
Y/n: Yeah
Y/n: Ericcccc I still have your sweater

She laughed

Y/n: I kept it to remember your cute ass

She laughed. But I got angry I took her phone away from her.

Billie: Hey Eric it's Billie Y/n Wife and Baby mommy

I hung up the phone as Y/n was mad.

Y/n: WHAT THE FUCK
Billie: Y/N YOUR MINE NO ONE ELSE I LOVE YOU
Y/n: IF YOU LOVED ME YOU WOULDN'T CHEAT BUT GUYS WHAT YOUR ASS DID CHEAT

We didn't notice Maggie there

Maggie: YOU WHAT?!

Y/n eyes widen. She rushed over to Maggie.

Y/n: No baby it's ok nothing happened we were just playing around
Maggie: No you weren't why are still with this slut

She said pointing at me. My heart broke my own daughter called me a slut. Y/n didn't say anything which broke me more.

Y/n: Sweetheart it's ok we are ok
Maggie: She cheated on you
Y/n: Maggie I said we are fine
Maggie: Prove your not heart broken

I see y/n hesitate as we walks up to me and kisses me.

Maggie: Unbelievable

She run to her room. As Y/n pulls away looking disgusted as she wiped her mouth. As she walked to our room.
