Helpless

Amber was writing down her Watcher report when she heard quite giggling behind her, and judging by the lack of other sounds of movement it must be Indom. Deciding to humor her girlfriend she simply ignored it, but her mouth did twist into a smile.

Not even ten seconds later a weight latched onto her back, loud giggling making its way out of her attacker.

"What are you doing, Babe?" asked Amber, setting down her book to pay more attention to the other.

"Nothing much, just wanted to see how you where doin'! Is that too much to ask?" answered the brunette, a goofy grin now plastered on her face.

"With you? You could never be sure"

"Blasphemy! How can you just say such things!"

"Because I have a mouth, and I know you"

Huffing, Indom dismantled Amber and walked to stand in front of the wolf hybrid.

Taking full advantage of the situation, Amber first bopped the short on the nose. And when Indom was distracted by that, she snuck a quick kiss from the other.

Not pleased with the short kiss Indom pulled Amber down for a more proper kiss, no drive by was happening today.

Both melted into the kiss, it was kinda rare that they got together like this as of late, so both appreciated this while it lasted. And Indom, fully taking advantage of standing over Amber, pulled of her crown and set it on her girlfriends head. Though it did look weird on the other since it was currently lopsided.

Ending the kiss with Indom, Amber pulled up her hand to inspect her new accessory. Feeling the familiar spikes of the others crown, she smiled. Indom didn't trust many with her crown, and even less where allowed to wear it. Amber was one of those trusted, and she was happy her girlfriend trusted her enough to do that.

With a fond smile she leaned in to kiss Indom's nose, which resulted in the latter doing a minor blep (something I actually do IRL).

Looking at the other indignantly, Indom burrowed herself in the others neck, which meant that she was now sitting in Amber's lap. Not that either minded, the wolf actually wrapped her arms around to other to make sure she didn't fall of.

Silence filled the air for only a short few seconds before a light purring started up. Seems like Indom enjoyed this, as did Amber.

Wanting to do something, Amber pulled out her phone and put on a song. And as the first few beats filled the air Indom perked up, hearing what song it was she got up, Amber following her up.

Taking each other's hands they started dancing, laughing together. And as they got to certain part of the song Indom started singing along, and Amber also joined in. Amber's parrot watched as the two sung and danced around, loving each other's company.

As the last beats of the song hit they both came to a halt, both kinda out of breath an very happy.

"Hey Amber?" asked Indom, looking up at the taller.

"Yes, Indom?"

A cheeky smile formed on the brunettes face, "I'm so helpless~"

Smiling back Amber replied with, "Look into your eyes and the sky's the limit~"

And now together, "And I'm so helpless!~"
