Since Y/N's birthday landed on Thanksgiving back in America, what a better birthday present than to fly her home for one of her familys' biggest get-togethers! I had it all planned out, at her birthday party tonight, I'd give her the airplane tickets and BOOM! She'll be the happiest girl in the world!

That night at Y/N's party, we had just finished singing 'Happy Birthday' to Y/N and she blew out her candles on the vanilla and buttercream frosting cake.

"What did you wish for, baby?" I asked her, slinging my arm around her waist.

She giggled. "If I tell you it won't come true!" She kissed my cheek.

"Time for presents!" Y/N's best friend shouted. Everyone gathered in our deb downstairs and Y/N sat in the middle on the rocking chair. She got a lot of clothes, jewelry, and gift cards for her favorite stores. It was finally my turn to give her the present. I had put the tickets in a pretty envelope, decorated in Thanksgiving themed stickers.

"What's this, baby?" She asked me as she opened the envelope. I rocked on my heels, not answering her. She finally opened it and read the tickets. "LOUIS OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!" Y/N leapt from her spot and hugged me.

-The Next Day-

12 hours later, we were sitting at Y/N's dinning room table in her childhood home in Y/H/T (Author's Note! Y/H/T means Your Home Town!) It was plainly decorated, but it fit well with the rest of her home. The wineglasses, filled with ice water, had painted leaves on them, making it feel more like fall.

"Looking handsome, Lou." Y/N said as she descended down the spiral staircase. She was dressed in a beige sweater with black skinny jeans paired with brown combat boots. Her hair was curled lightly and makeup was applied flawlessly. I was wearing a gray sweater with gray pants and back vans.

About an hour later, her relatives started showing up. I had met them all before, having been here last year. Thankfully, I remembered their names. No one forgot my name, although I don't see why they would forget. I am a part of the world's biggest boyband.

Food was served half an hour after everyone got here. Y/N's dad lead us in a paryer before we started to eat. The turkey was tender and juicy while the skin was crispy, just how I like it, with stuffing stuffed inside the turkey. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the vegetables were amazing. The dinner rolls were handmade by Y/N's mom, which I found to be the greatest part of the meal. Dessert came next which was pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

After everyone had ate, we all gathered in Y/N's living room to watch the annual Thanksgiving football game, something I still don't understand, but the blue team won, which her family wasn't to happy with.

"Thank you so much for flying me home, Louis. You have no idea how much it meant to me and my family! I really missed them," Y/N said that night as we cuddled into bed together. "And thank you for coming with me."

"You're welcome, love. I love your family, and you. Happy birthday." I kissed her and she smiled. As we both fell asleep, I started to dream about all of the people I can sass tomorrow on the world's biggest shopping day.
