Something real.....right?

Climate change

Thats real. Right?

Yes it is. And its bad right now

The polar ice caps are still melting,

Our carbon footprint is becoming larger

Entire ecosystems are dying

Just so you can have a new mall complex

This is serious!

And its very real

The earth has about 12 years left

Until there is nothing we can do to try

And fix it

12 years....

That is not enough time

To fix our carbon footprint

At least not entirely

But it can get us started

If you wont do something for you,

Or future generations

Then do it for other species

I mentioned earlier

How the polar ice caps are melting

This affects animals like polar bears

Who need large amounts of ice to survive

They use ice to find food

If there isnt enough ice, they cant hunt

Polar bears are already endangered

And we arent really helping

Older generations dont believe in

Global warming

But they really should

Because it is extremely real

And its happening now

But they arent the ones that have to deal with it

Millenials and every generation after do

And i, as a gen z kid,

Im pissed about it

They helped cause it

So they can help fix it

But they wont due to their pride

And they still think its fake

But it is very much real

A lot of people are talking about plastic

And thats good!

Until you realize

Its only straws they care about

A piece of plastic that doesnt even make up
5% of plastic in our oceans

But you do have to start somewhere

"Save the turtles"

Sure! Thats amazing!

But also save every other endangered species

And keep the ones that arent

Just the way they are

A way you could do this:

Dont litter

Use biodegradable things

If its reusable, recycle!

Spread the word

Educate yourself

You should want to learn more

Because this is very much real

And it wont just magically go away

We have to do something about it

And its sad that so many people

Just simply dont care

Because they think its fake

But its very much real

So act fast
