JUST HOLD ON

CHAPTER 2

I was heading towards the detention room where I spotted Simon smirking at me. I rolled my eyes and went to open the door when he stopped me. "Hey sweetheart, you know I am very angry on you."

"Oh that's the best news I've ever heard. Now stay the fuck out of my life"

I have to bear him for just 2 more years. You can do it Alexis.

It then hit me that I won't be able to see Adrian after a year. I am going to miss him so badly. Why did I even scold him?

Argg me and my short temper. One day that's going to be the reason of my death.

Just as I opened my mouth, Miss Sandy saved my life and I was grateful to her "Mr. Baker, would you enlighten me as to what you're doing here at this time?" she asked with her glasses on her nose edge. Simon ran away like the coward he is.

She gave me a sheet of paper and told me to write an essay on how to submit the projects before deadline. And she drifted to sleep.

I finish the essay and keep it on the table with her mobile as a paper weight and left the room.

While I was heading towards the main door someone pulled me to a room, a classroom. I immediately thought it was Simon and bit his hand which was on my mouth.

So hard that I could feel his bones and him screaming.

Then I gasped hearing the voice. It wasn't Simon, shit it was Adrian .

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I I I thought it was Simon and I I'm so sorry " I cried taking his hand in mine and soothing it.

"It's okay Al,  it was my mistake I should not have done that."

"Yes, but I bit you like a chicken"

"That's true. I'm not arguing on that." which caused me to chuckle a little.

I saw him smirking at me and I hit his shoulders.

"I'm sorry"

"It's okay babes. It's not every day that a girl bites my hand." That earned him another smack on his head from me.

Then he became serious "What did Simon do this time?"

"He didn't do much he just stopped me from entering the class and told me that he is angry on me."

"Why the fuck would he be angry on you?"

And I told him the reason. He had a poker look on his face and then he started laughing.

Here we go again. "What's so funny?"

"I'm so proud of you my Al, you kneed him. I'm super proud of you. I'm going to take you for dessert sometime." I blushed on hearing 'my Al'.

Then I face palmed myself thinking that he didn't mean what  I  was thinking when he said that. You over think a lot Alexis. Pft.

Then we walked out of the class " What did you eat for lunch?" He didn't answer.

"Adrian what did you eat?"

"Uhmmmm"

"Did you even eat?"

"No"

"What the hell? Why didn't you eat. I can't keep telling you Adrian. You have to eat to at least keep you active. You go to gym for God's sake. How the fuck will you have energy to work out"

I was shut by his hands on my mouth again.

"Did you eat?" He asked calmly.

Shit. I didn't eat too.
