JUST HOLD ON

CHAPTER 12

"Hi Maa" I hugged her and noticed that she was wearing a long length black dress and she looked stunning.

"You look fabulous Maa." 

"Thank you Lexi. You look beautiful too." I hugged her once again and went to meet uncle and Jessy. 

Uncle was matching with dad and Jessy was wearing a blue dress. She looked cute.

We then set the table and finish baking the cake. "Lexi could you please tell Adrian to come down." Maa exclaimed.

"Okay" I headed upstairs. 

I knocked on his door. "Just a second Al." 

Woah he knew it was me. BFF goals. I shook my head and waited. 

I received a message so I was replying to it when he opened the door. I didn't look up till I hit sent. 

"How did you..."

I trailed off and my mobile slipped from my hand I didn't care. I jumped on him and both fell with a loud thud. 

"Woah monkey much."Adrian chuckled.

"Oh you guys at-least lock the door." Beth?

Our heads snapped in the direction of the voice to see Beth standing with Jessy and with a smirk on their face. 

I was about to tell them to shut up when Beth shut the door. 

"Why did you fall. I'm not that heavy." I growled.

"First of all I didn't know that you will jump on me. Second, you have put on weight and third get up. My shirt will get crumbled."

"Oh yeah sorry. And I haven't put on weight. And you wore the shirt I gifted." I hugged him again.

"Of-course, my best friend bought it for me. How could I not wear." he replied enthusiastically. 

"Thank you. Okay now come on we have to..." he pulled me closer. 

He bought his lips closer to my ears "You look beautiful today. " 

He whispered nibbling my earlobe a little. I pushed him away. 

"I'm always beautiful, you just happen to see it today." I said with a smirk. 

He laughed shaking his head. Why the fuck is he doing this?

"Now come on before anyone thinks we are upto something." I took the mobile with me and went down.

We then cut the cake even after his continues pleads. I didn't upload it though. 

I don't want girls to drool seeing this side of his. He is too cute for the world and I had to protect him. 

'Haa cheesy' . Shut up.

We ate our dinner with our parents talking about business and we were chatting with Mamma about random stuff. 

We then decided to play games. We started with pictionary. 

Parents v/s Children with mamma as the one who will give names to both the teams.

We laughed our ass off. Jessy was so bad at drawing and we could not  even identify one properly. And the parents won the match obviously.

I got a call so I went off to pick it.

"Hey all set?" The voice on the other side asked. 

"Yes all set. I will go and keep him engaged and my sister also knows about the plan so she will open the door for you. Where are you now?" I asked in a low voice.
