JUST HOLD ON

CHAPTER 10

We both pulled away from each other. He had sadness or was it regret in his eyes. 

I know what he will tell and I did not want to hear it. So, I just walked away. 

I went to the door 

"Who is it?" 

 "Lexi it's me."

"Shit. It's maa" I whispered.

"Oh shit. I'm going to the washroom." He ran inside.

"Asshole don't leave me alone. " I snarled.

Oh, such a baby. I took my robe and wrapped it around me. I opened the door and Maa was scanning me.

"Oh sorry dear. I thought... you both were taking too long to come down. So, I came to check on you. Sorry to disturb you."

Does she think... oh no.

"No maa. Nothing of that sort. Adrian splashed water all over my dress and we had a small fight that's it."

I was blushing. 

"Your swollen lips tells otherwise dear." she had a smug on her face.

I bit my lips. "It's okay just be careful. I'll let them know that you both will be down in sometime."

"Maa" she shut my mouth by hugging me.

"Thank you, Lexi. " with that she left. Why is she so happy?

"Adrian, you coward come out." This time he was wearing the shirt. 

Thank God.

"Al I wanted to tell you that.." I put you hand on his mouth.

" You don't have to tell anything . I know that it was a mistake from your side. We both got carried away. So please leave it and forget it. And next time don't you dare leave me like that alone." I punched his stomach.

"Maa thought we were having sex." His eyes widened.

 "I don't mind though." he said biting his lips.

"Asshole." I hit his face with a pillow. He caught it easily.

"Now get out so that I can change."

"Ya sure. But I gotta say your hot." My cheeks flushed as his lips brushed my ears.

"Get out. And do something to your lips it's swollen." He chuckled and left.

Could this day get anymore better?

I quickly changed and rushed down.

"You both are acting like you're 5 6 year old children. Playing with water and falling down. Look at that lips. It's swollen. You guys fell down that bad?"

"Yes Mamma. " Adrian answered. Oh are they acting like they are dumb or are they really this dumb.

Even Beth understood it was a lie. She was smirking when I came down. Oh God Jess too. And Maa was looking at me with adoration and Adrian was having an unreadable expression.

"Lexi grow up." mom scolded.

"Sorry mommy." I looked at my dad and he was smirking.

Ohhh nooooo dad knows. I'm gonna get an earful.

Then everyone left and I ran to my room to wipe the water. 

I took the moping stick and wiped the water. Someone knocked the door.

"Pie open the door." Oh no no no no. What will I tell him? Oh God help me please.

"Just a second dad" I shouted.
