PAIGE;
As predicted by me, the football game last night was a total blowout. I kinda felt bad for the other team, the final score was 49-0.The boys are still undefeated at 7-0 and they only have three games left then hopefully state but I know they'll make it.
I waited for Jungkook after their win, he wanted to hangout but I kindly declined.
I remembered that he told me every year before his birthday he would do something with his brothers.
He didn't want to go at first but I couldn't get in the way of family so I told him to have fun.
He said they hunted and I thought that sounded pretty self explanatory so I didn't ask any further.
Now it's the next day and I'm losing my mind on what to wear to Jungkook's party. I didn't text him to wish him a happy birthday this morning because I wanted to do it in person.
I rummaged through my whole closet and drawers to find the perfect outfit, there has to be one.
As I looked through my closet for the hundredth time this hour I came across a white floral dress that had sunflowers on it.
I smiled, it seemed perfect.
I set the dress on my bed and walked into the restroom so I could take a shower. I washed my hair with my pomegranate shampoo and conditioner then my body with my strawberry body soap.
I was smelling like a whole snack by the time I stepped out of the shower.
I dried my hair and brushed it out before braiding it. I wasn't in the mood to do anything with it so the curls would at least make it look like I tried.
Before I got dressed I brushed my teeth and put lotion on my arms and legs. I decided to do a light makeup look, again making it look like I tried.
I slipped on the dress and looked in my mirror, it didn't look bad but it looked like it was missing something.
It finally hit me as I walked towards my closet. I looked through and pulled out my denim jacket.
I put it on and looked in the mirror, now it was coming together. I put on socks and my white vans after.
The white was really complimenting my tan skin. I suddenly remembered that I had a present for him, I turned around and looked for it.
I looked on my desk and found it next to my Polaroid camera, I stuffed it in my pocket and my eyes caught on something.
It was a picture, it looked like it was just taken. I pulled it out from the camera and looked at it.
It was of Jungkook.
I grazed my fingers over the edge of the picture with a smile forming on my face.
I remembered him visiting me when I was sick and bringing me the hoodie with his last name and our number on the back.
It was undeniably the best thing I've ever received in a relationship. I wanted all of his hoodies, especially the one he was wearing.
Nike and beige were my two favorite things when it came to clothes, especially hoodies.
"Cute" I said without thinking. I placed it next to the first Polaroid that was taken of us.
"Should I give him one as well?" I asked myself as I looked through the holder. I sighed softly, I didn't have one of just myself.
I wasn't one to boast about my looks or have pictures of me just hanging around my room.
I opened my bottom drawer and took out the box with extra Polaroids. Most of them were me with family, friends and teammates.
Until I came across one that was just me, I noticed it was when Xavier and I went out to a flower field in the summit during the summer.
I stared at it, Xavier knew I didn't like showing my face in pictures so it looked pretty good.
I placed it in my phone case and decided to surprise him by placing a picture of myself in his room like he did his.
I looked at the time, it was almost noon. I didn't know who was coming but I think it's just his brothers and I.
I didn't mind, I liked his brothers and they seemed to take a liking to me as well.
I walked up to my mirror and unbraided my hair. It came out beautifully, it almost looked natural.
I smiled to myself and spritzed some of my favorite peach perfume on and applied a bit of glossier rose balm.
I nodded in approval before grabbing my car keys and exiting my room. Once I made it down the stairs I saw my brothers doing their own thing.
Eric was on his laptop at the kitchen island, Lucas was with him... eating while on his phone. And Cole was most likely playing his ps4 in the living room.
Where's mom, I asked myself as I left them and walked down the hall. She was probably in her office.
I turned the corner and yep, there she was, sitting in her office chair checking emails and planning out her new project.
"Hey hun" she spoke up then looked at me. I smiled and entered fully, "You look pretty, where are you going?" She wiggles her eyebrows.
"It's Jungkook's birthday and his brothers are throwing him a small party" I said as she nodded.
"How are things with him? I mean, you seem more happy than usual since you started talking about him, maybe even before we met him" she said before sitting back and smiling warmly at me.
"He's such a dork. SUCH. A dork. And he cares about his brothers so much, he's so smart yet so hard on himself. He's such an angel" I breathed an exhale as she smiled.
"Ah young love, well I won't keep you long. Go have fun" she smiled as I nodded. I blew her a quick kiss and left.
I walked out of the house and got into my car before heading towards Jungkook's beautiful house.
—
I parked on Jungkook's driveway and cut the engine. I noticed that the cars around mine were black and expensive looking.
I smiled seeing Jungkook's that was next to mine. I got out of my car and closed the door after me. I walked up the pathway then knocked on the front door and waited.
A few seconds passed before the front door was opened, I looked up with a smile hoping to see Jungkook... but it wasn't him.
