I gasp and sit up. Tears fall down my cheeks and my throat aches.

I look around and see that I'm in my room and not the woods where my world is shattered.

Lately I've been having more nightmares of that moment specifically. Like my brain is taunting me.

It's been a few days, three to be exact. I haven't been going to school and I haven't spoken to my brothers.

All I've been thinking about was Paige.

I felt like complete shit because this was her biggest nightmare. Being told that she was loved, only to get heartbroken and left behind.

I wipe my cheeks and eyes roughly before throwing my blanket off of me. I check the time to see that it's almost midnight.

My eyes land on the photo of Paige and I on my bedside table. Before I can pick it up, a knock stops my movements.

"Y-yeah" I say and clear my throat.

The door opens and Jin peeks his head in, "Hey, can I talk to you for a sec?"

I nod and begin to follow him as he walks to his office. I step in after him and I shudder when I make eye contact with the old portrait he has placed across the room.

He never failed to make me anxious.

"What's up?" I ask and sit down.

Jin sighs from behind his desk, "I have to tell you something. I noticed you've been more distant lately and it's only right of me to tell you this"

My hands start to get clammy, does he know that Paige and I split up?

Does he know that Paige's older brother threatened to kill all of us?

"Remember when I told you and the others about the prophecy?" Jin asks as I nod, "Well... on Halloween I got a vision and I found out who they're targeting"

Jin stops to take in my confused face before I nod at him to continue. He inhales a shuddering breath and closes his eyes in defeat,

"It's Paige" My breathing stops. The seconds seem to pass by slowly before Jin is speaking again.

"And the thing that's after her... 'the blood demon'... its my older brother"

I stay frozen in my spot and everything grows pitched, and out of habit I look up to the portrait.

Jin's older brother looks down at me with a smirk on his face.

I close my eyes and begin to breath raggedly. I clench my jaw and close my fists tight that I can feel my nails digging into my palms.

"Jungkook?"

I could barely hear Jin call out my name when I knew that I couldn't stay in this room any longer. I looked at the open window and figured it was my only exit. Before Jin could touch me, I left.

In the blink of an eye, I was outside and running through the summit. I stopped and tried to get my breathing under control. Every time I blinked I could see Jin's older brother smirking down at me.
