The day was now approaching noon and Jungkook and I haven't left my bedroom.

He stayed by my side and talked to me, letting me know that gramps will always protect me, arrowhead or not.

He will always be there.

Hours before, Cole came in and handed me a grocery bag full of candy from the parade.

It was always a good time with my family and I knew it would be better with Jungkook joining us, but that didn't go as planned.

"Hey Paige" Jungkook spoke up as I looked away from the movie to him, "The day is still young, you want to go to the fair?"

I bit my lip and smiled, "Yes"

He smile grew wider as he got on top of me and tickled me, "Thats my girl"

I laughed and pried his hands away from my sides as he stopped and kissed my lips.

"Get ready, it's a little chilly outside so make sure to dress warm" He said as I nodded.

Jungkook kissed my forehead before rolling off of me and leaving my room. He closed the door behind him as I smiled like an idiot.

Why does this boy like me?!

Regardless I started to get dressed. I put on black skinny jeans, a light pink shirt and my favorite jean jacket. I slipped on socks and black vans.

I walked into my restroom and looked in the mirror, my neck wasn't red anymore and the bruises were dying down.

I felt the tears coming back up but I didn't let them get the best of me. I cleared my throat and brushed out my hair before choosing to leave it down.

I grabbed my phone and exited my room and met with Jungkook at the bottom of the stairs.

Jungkook and I walked around the fair. We were holding hands, looking at the stands full of colors and games.

The aroma of different fried foods lingered in the air.

There was quite a lot of people here already, it was barely 6:30. It's fall and it's starting to get dark and cold, but I didn't mind because I had Jungkook with me.

We pass a game and Jungkook stops as I look at him.

"Just one go?" He smiles.

"Fine" I chuckle, "but remember if you win you have to get the cutest stuffed animal and give it to me, that's what they do in the movies"

"Oh yeah, of course" he winks.

Jungkook gives the guy some money and he gets passed three bean bags. He has to throw them in the small hole.

He throws the first one.

"Ah, it's harder than it looks" he mumbles after he misses the shot.

"Or maybe your just crap at it" I look up at him as he smiles sarcastically.

He tried again and misses.

"Ugh" he groans as I stifle a giggle at his annoyance.

"One more Kook" I remind and pat his back and giggle again.

He throws the last one and finally it goes in.

"Yay!" I cheer and clap my hands then hug him from the back.

The man running the game asks Jungkook what he wants.

"What do you want?" Jungkook asks, putting his arm around my waist.

"Um..." I looked at all the adorable stuffed animals, "That one" I point to the large grey stuffed rabbit and the man passes it to me.

"Thank you" I say to the man, "And thank you" I turn to Jungkook as we both start to walk away.

"I told you I would do it. The first two were obviously practices"

"Sure they were" I grin before interlocking our fingers.

"We should go on the Ferris wheel" Jungkook suggest as I sigh.

"I- I don't know, they kinda creep me out" I admit.

"Oh come on, I'll be there. I won't let you fall off or anything" He chuckles.

"Okay, Fine" I groan. "But if you rock it, I swear to god I will kill you"

Jungkook chuckles before tugging me along with him towards the ride. We get in line and I see that the Ferris wheel is massive. I let out a shaky sigh.

I'm not really scared of heights, it's just Ferris wheels. It's a whole weird thing.

The line begins to move and before I know it, we're both in the front of the line.

Jungkook holds me close when we step onto the ride and sit down in the little cage thing.

I let out another shaky sigh and rest my head on his shoulder as he rests his head on top of mine.

When it starts to move I hear a creak.

"Did you hear that?!" I asked picking my head up and looking around.

"That's normal P," he smiles. I rest my head on his shoulder again and close my eyes while it keeps moving.

"You know, you're missing a great view"

I hesitantly open an eye, and I see the gorgeous view. There were colorful lights surrounding the fair, it was stunning.

"Wow" I whisper and pick me head up to look at the scenery better.

Jungkook hummed, agreeing with me. The ride stopped at the top as we took in the beautiful sight.

"You're cute" he spoke up as I looked to see him staring at me. He smiled and I blushed.

"Do you mind?" I ask jokingly.

"I can't help it. You're so perfect" I blushed even more and shrugged my shoulders as the ride started to move slowly.

"I'm far from it" I said and looked down to play with the bunny's ears. Jungkook shook his head and sighed.

"I hate when you think of yourself as nothing. You're so beautiful and amazing. You may not be perfect to someone else, or to yourself, but your perfect in my eyes." He said as I looked up to him with shining eyes.

"Jungkook" I whined as wiped my tears away, he smiled and brung me closer to him.

"I mean it" he added and looked down at me.

I smiled and kissed him. It caught him off guard but he soon melted and kissed back.

We slowly broke apart but kept close, "thank you" I whispered as he kissed my forehead.
