PAIGE;
What is this boy doing to me?

He's making my heart beat a mile per minute and is making my cheeks flush a deep red. I'm sure that I blushed at least a hundred times today, let alone this evening.

We walked into town and passed a lot of small shops. The little lanterns on the street posts made the night atmosphere look more beautiful than it already was.

There wasn't a full moon tonight but a waxing crescent, it looked magical. You could also clearly see the clouds moving in, fast.

We both heard the quiet thunder, then Kookie spoke up.

"I guess it's going to rain soon, I should take you home"

"Just a little more, please" I pleaded as he smiled and we continued to walk.

I admit that I was having more than a good time, I also wanted to just be with him longer.

We got to the amphitheater in the town where when we hold festivals or concerts, they usually take place here.

No one was around for it still being so early, but it was a little darker than usual.

As we walked through the empty floor, the thunder rolled as I shuddered at the sound. I wasn't normally afraid of thunder or lightning but my mind always trailed back to my dream.

Then the rain started to pour down on us and I smiled.

I slowly let go of Jungkook's hand and the water coat both of my hands

I slowly let go of Jungkook's hand and the water coat both of my hands.

I absolutely loved the rain. It lets me know that even the sky cries sometimes too.

Jungkook noticed my happy state as I walked further onto the floor, he followed me as I went.

It was silent between us, the only thing we could hear was the rain pattering down on the ground.

"In my culture, we have this ritual called the 'Rain Dance'. Back then us Native American's celebrated the bounty of water when it rained, because it signifies plenty and bountiful life and makes it possible for plants and crops to grow" he listened to everything I said.

"Rain represents an emotional as well as a spiritual event" I looked up into the sky as the rain hit my face, making me smile.

"As if the sky is crying out, rain comes along with loud thunder and dramatic lightning, giving nature herself a distinct personality"

I smiled and looked at Jungkook, he was already looking at me with curiosity. I took that as a 'continue', so I did.

"Traditional beliefs hold that the rain dance is a spiritual activity. The dancers summoned the attention of spirits, good and bad. They danced to cleanse the earth of evil spirits and to welcome the blessings of the spirit world"
