I entered the hotel room that I was sharing with Xavier and sighed. I felt bad that I hung out with Chance than with the people I cared about most.

Sure Chance and I go way WAY back, but that didn't mean I had to choose him over my second family.

I went straight into the restroom and changed. I put on a grey Nike hoodie, a sports bra and a pair of spandex.

I hung up my dress behind the restroom door and walked out. I walked further into the room and saw Xavier.

He was doing his homework on his bed. Once I was in full view he looked up at me, and by the expression he had on his face, I knew it wasn't good.

"You fucked up" Xavier spoke as I face planted onto the mattress and groaned.

Seeing and hanging out with Chance brought back unwanted memories and stress that I didn't miss.

I should've declined their offer and instead ate and came back with Jungkook and Xavier.

"Is he mad?" I ask, my voice muffled but he heard me loud and clear.

"Looked like it. I could feel the silent rage seeping off of him" he answered as I groaned again and turned around so I laid on my back.

"Did he say anything?" I ask.

"Nope. Stayed quiet the rest of the time at dinner and went straight to his room when we came back" he answered.

I crawled up to the headboard and laid my back against it, I put a pillow in my lap and sighed.

I need to talk to him, but I can't go into his room.

"You gonna go to the hot tub?" Xavier asks, trying to get my mind off things.

I smiled but immediately frowned, "I forgot my bathing suit"

Xavier laughed, "How can you talk so much about being in a hot tub that you forget your bathing suit?"

"Things happen" I shrug, Jungkook happened.

It went quiet, I did talk a lot about being in a hot tub. I even told Jungkook... wait, could he be there?

"You think Jungkook's waiting for me in the hot tub?" I ask Xavier.

He rolled his eyes and let out an exhausted exhale, "Yes!" He exclaimed and threw his pillow at me as I blocked it.

I chuckled and bit my lip, am I really clueless on these things?

"What're you waiting for? Go see him!" Xavier exclaimed at me as I smiled before giving up.

"Fine, I'll be back" I said as I stood up and put on my slides. I put on my hood and exited the room Xavier and I were sharing.

I walked down the hallway, a bit of excitement pooled in the pit of my stomach. I walked into the elevator and pressed the first floor.

I wasn't even supposed to be outside, let alone at this time but I wanted, no, needed, to see him. Even if he wasn't there I could still have the warm water relax my muscles.

I got off on the first floor and walked by the front desk lady as she was too occupied on her show to notice me.

I walked to the end of the hall and looked outside. A spark of joy and relief erupted inside my stomach when I saw him.

His broad back muscles captivating me when I always see them. I bit my lip trying to contain the squeal that I was soon to let out.

I contained myself with an exhale and walked out of the hotel lobby. I walked outside and I knew he heard me.
