Time passed too quick as the plan landed. My mind knew it was time to say goodbye but my hear didnt.

As I looked at Shawn while we stood outside rhe plane, I could see my idiot brothers Jed and Gary waitinf fir me in the pickup truck. I took a breath as AI looked up at Shawn who looked sad for once. This was the first time I have never seen him happy go fucking lucky.

I crossed my arms "This is where we part" I told him, my voice sounded small. He looked up at the sky and closed his eyes before smiling and putting his arms around me in a hug.

We stayed like that for awhile, until the woman from the plane said they were about to depart and Shawn realized he had to go.

We pulled away from each other and looked the other in the eyes "Call me if you need me. I'll come running. No matter what" he said as he put his hand on my cheek. I closed my eyes when he rubbed his thumb over my lips and put his other hand in my front pocket pulling me towards him.

One simple kiss made me rethink my decision.

He Pulled away and  gave me a smirk as he turned away from me and walked up to the plane. It was hard to watch the only guy you have ever liked walk away to board a plane and probably not see until you wrestle again.

One year.

I frowned when I felt somethinf in my pocket, I reached into my right front pocket and pulled out a piece of paper that had been folded multiple times, along with his school ring.

"Shawn" I mumbled with a  sad smile as I looked up to the plane, I slid the ring onto my middle finger and Gav a wave. He saw and blew me a kiss before boardinf the plane.

I waited until it flew off and I could hardly see it anymore before walking towards my brother in the parkinf lot. Jed was frowning as I walked up to him "You okay, Adri?" He asked, I sighed and smiled up at him.

"I'm fine. Let's go home,"

For the next week it was a royal pain the ass. First I found out that my dad had left me enough money to buy a house in Mobile, I found a sweet deal on the outskirts of town and had enough money left to buy somthing I had really wanted.

"You did what?" Jed exclaimed when I took him, pawpaw, Lindsey and the other brothers to the garage I had bought.

I laughed at their faces "Don't worry. I'm keeping my promise to dad, I won't be working on cars ...much. I will just be running it" I told them and patted my knee "I am also having the surgery done with the money I make."

I didnt hear from any of the guys for weeks, the first one  heard from was about halfway through the month, I thought it was just Kevin on the phone but I was surprised to find I was on speaker in the locker room.

Talk about uncomfortable, I heard a conversation between Shawn and Hunter that made me want to bleacha nd peroxide my ears.

Things see me to be looking up. At least for awhile.

I stood on the front porch of my home looking out at the cows across from my house, I held a cup of coffee in my hands and sighed when I heard Gary doinf something in the house.

I turned and walked into the living room to see my baby brother rearranging everything. I set my coffee down on the coffee table he was trying to move which made him look up at me.

"Stop it. Everything looks fine Gary."

He shook his head and stood up from his bwnt over position "No. You are letting me live here since there is hardly any room at the house since Jed got engaged to the bitch and most of our brothers now live with pawpaw since nobody can stand her and she got kicked out of her house" he said and wiped sweat from his for head "I need to repay you by showing that there is a man around the house."
