Karima couldn't eat breakfast.No matter how hard she tried. Trying not to bring any attention on herself, Karima shielded herself with her phone. However she could spot Dawn and Vlatko from the corner of her eyes pointing at her and whispering. Luckily Sam seemed to be Karimas saviour. Handing her a cup of tea, she said "So what do you think about yesterday?" Karima shrugged. "The team played well. The morale was good." Sam burst out laughing. "Us? I'm surprised Tobin and Carli stayed on the pitch!" Karima thanked Sam and resumed scrolling through the news when a THUD! took the table back. Karima looked up to see Dawn standing over her with a terrifying look and a plate full of salad, bacon, cheese, green beans, bread and eggs all piled on. "Dawn I don't eat bacon. My family's er...Muslim." This wasn't a lie. Rose took the bacon off. Karima gulped. "Isn't this a lot?" Dawn wasn't impressed. "You know Karima" she began "vaping isn't the only habit that deters. As an athlete, it's crucial to eat enough. Over the past few days Karima, you've not had more than tea,toast or salad. Which concerns me a lot. It's good that you've quit vaping, but under-eating isn't good for you either." Karimas cheeks burned as she remembered what she did in the morning. "Sorry Dawn." The trainer nodded. "I'm just looking out for you."
Vlatko spoke for a bit afterwards in preparation for a friendly against Australia in 2 days time. "Where's it being held?" Karima asked Mal. "Orlando." She responded. FUCK
After the first training session which involved lifting weights (Karimas arm strength is nonexistent), Karima decided to call Emma for much needed help. "This is urgent." Karima told her when questioned why she was phoning. "I don't want to quit vaping." Emma was surprised. "Why? You're an athlete." Karima sighed. "Yes but it's the only things that calms me down." Emma was concerned. "About what?" "My family" which was half truthful. Karima could now hear a sigh from the other end. "I really don't know how to help with that Karima." "Please" her best friend pleaded. "I just don't know how to prevent them from finding out." Emma had an idea. "Well I don't think you should vape with the National team. They're bound to find out and you don't want to lose your place." Karima gulped. She hadn't thought about that. "One more dilemma" Emma appeared shocked. "What?" Karima sighed. "The next games in two days in...Orlando." Emma cheered. "Yes I get to see you!" Karima couldn't help but give a small smile. "So..." Emma was now calm "what's the issue" Rolling her eyes Karima explained "If they find out, they're bound to attend." Emma was extremely annoyed. "That's the issue?"  Knowing where this was going, Karima did the pussy move-she hung up .
