Chapter 24 Airport

Jenna's P.O.V.

the entire plane ride to London consisted of Michelle crying, Kendra being all depressed like, me being mad, awkward silence between Jady and Lilly, River, Owen, and Henry chatting and Luke watching movies on Kendra's laptop.

Finally we landed! Once we got out of security we walked down the long, wide, airport hallways.

We must looked pretty silly at one point. Kendra was on the end holding onto Henrys hand. Henry was holding onto River's hand who was holding onto Melody's hand who was holding onto my hand and i was holding onto Luke's hand. Luke was holding onto Owen's hand who was holding onto Jady's hand and Jady was holding onto Lilly who was holding onto Michelle. Kendra and Michelle were pulling carts full of luggage.

Soon our chain broke though and it ended up a series of mini chains.

and then the kids thought it would be a grate idea to climb on the luggage carts. realizing they were really tired of walking we rearranged some thing on the carts so they could somewhat sit down as we (with a collective effort) pull/push them down the never-ending hallway.

finally we made it to an elevator! The kids jumped off the carts and we piled into the box. We stood in silence and listened to the elevator music.

Then there was a *ding* and the doors opened.

Flash!

I cover my eyes, protecting them from the bright light. i looked through my finger and saw photographers. a lot! Paparazzi trying to get a glimpse of One Directions spouses. yelling questions at us trying to squeeze the hatred for the boys out.

I put my right arm out protectively over Owen who was standing next to me. then i felt someone creeping behind my leg. i looked down and saw River hiding behind my leg. i wrapped my hand around my back and placed it on her back as she buried her face in the back of my shirt.

I had to squint to keep out the constant flashes.

i looked to my left and saw Michelle squinting and trying to look away from the cameras but wasn't seceding. Melody had her face buried in Michelle's shoulder and Michelle held her up out of harms way. Lilly had he face to the wall so her back was to me. she found safety there.

I looked to my right and saw both Henry and Luke's faces buried in Kendra stomach and she wrapped her arms protectively around them. Jady slid in between the wall and Kendra.

It all went so slow. i just wanted it to stop. finally the doors automatically closed. we all just stood looking at the door.

"Well...i was not expecting that" i said still looking at the door. "You guys wanna go to Nando's?" Kendra asked and Michelle and I laughed.
