Chapter 48 Hospital

Harry's P.O.V.

After a few questions and a short ride to the hospital i was sitting in the waiting room. They had told me to wash up but i couldn't. there was just something that made me stay and stare down at my hands watching then turn from a bright scarlet to a dark red as they dried.

After about a half hour later i realized we have (or had) an interview and nobody knows about this yet!

I wiped my tears, reached in my back pocket and pulled out my phone except...it wasn't my phone! i looked at the smashed screen and pink case and then it clicked! it was Kendra's phone and my phone was still in my car at Plum Field!

Michelle's P.O.V.

*ring...ring...ring...*

I picked up my phone and just stared at the screen in shock "who is it?" Jenna asked "Kendra" i said confused. Everyone froze "well pick it up!" Tiana yelled

I pressed "talk" and raised the phone to my ear.

I was gonna say "hello" but "KENDRA WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!" came out instead...

"Hi Michelle it's Harry" someone said on the other side "HARRY WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!" I yelled "at the hospital" i froze "why?" i was scared to know the answer "i-i think I'd better tell you in person...just come down 'ere ok?" Tears grew in my yes but i forced them back. "ok" i said and then hung up the phone

"What was it?" Jenna asked "Chell whats wrong?" she asked "Michelle" Niall said worried. i couldn't speak. i just stared down at my phone as a thousand thoughts of what might have happened rushed through my brain. "Michelle what's up?" Zayn asked worried too. i looked up at everyone. "i-i don't know" i whispered "then what's wrong?" Sophia asked, i just shook mu head telling everyone i didn't know the answer to that question either. "Michelle?" Niall asked worried "we have to go to the hospital" i whispered "why?" Louis asked more scared than anything "i-i don't know...Harry wouldn't tell me"

Jenna's P.O.V.

"Harry!" i yelled runing through the front door. he looked up and we all gasped at his appearance. There was blood smeared all over his face and his hands were completely red.

"what happened?" Louis asked in shock. Harry just started crying and slowly Louis pulled him into a hug.

"Harry. what's goin' on?" Louis asked when they pulled away "K-K-Kendra..." he was having trouble getting the rest out "what?! what?!" i yelled worried for my best friend "she...she..." His tears started up again "HARRY!" i screamed getting annoyed "spit it out!"

"She cut her wrists" Harry blurted out, anger in his voice. i froze. i suddenly wished Harry hadn't said anything. "Happy" he said clearly to me and stormed to a chair.

"Maybe you can try the nice approach next time" Louis said to me in anger in his voice too. that hit me hard. "c'mon bud, kets get you cleaned up" Louis said taking Harry's hand and leading him to the bathroom.

Harry's P.O.V.

the doctor walked out of the room we all were sat in front of. "Can we go see her?" i asked. the doctor nodded "but!" he yelled stopping us all from running in the room "four at a time" he said. before i could take a step Michelle, Jenna, Tiana and Sophia were in the room ready.

"C'mon Harry" Louis said catching my attention "lets go get some food" i nodded and followed him to the lift.

"Ok. you guys cam go up" Michelle said walking up to me and Louis at the cafeteria after about half a hour! "K" we said at the same time and stood up.

When we got up there Liam, Niall and Zayn were already in the room. i looked at Louis and sighed "go ahead. i want some time alone with her" i said gesturing towards to room "no mate-" i cut Lou off "Louis! go!" i yelled. He nodded and walked in.

I sat down and waited.

The boys walked out and Jenna jumped up

"Do i get to see her again?" Jenna asked "no!" i said angrily "i get to see her!" I yelled "ok. I'm sorry i didn't know you didn't go yet" Jenna said sitting back down"didn't go yet? I brought her here! i got her this far! i should have been the first one to go in!"  i yelled "brought her here! if i didn't leave the house this never would have happened!" Jen yelled "i can't believe-" Michelle cut us off

"HARRY JUST GO IN!" she screamed. then i realized how silly this was anyway!

I scoffed at Jenna and walked into the room.

as soon as i saw Kendra laying there with IV'S in and tubes around her my attitude change.

"Are you ok mate?" the doctor asked "yah...it's just...well I...didn't realize she was unconscious" i said not taking my eyes off her. "yah...but you did the right thing...keeping her awake" he patted my on the back and then let me walked towards her bed.

I didn't take my eyes off her once! I couldn't!

I sat down next to her bed and looked at her. The blood from her face was cleaned up and her hairs was down in tangles. i looked down at her wrists and her whole hand up to her elbow was wrapped in white bandages. 

then  for some reason i started to talk to her! not that she could hear me!

"Hi...i was gonna tell you something but...i got a little cut off...*laugh*...well anyway...i was gonna say sorry...for everything but...when i saw you in that bathroom...d-...dying...i realized that....that just saying sorry...for everything ...wasn't good enough...and now i finally understand why you didn't forgive me!...i finally understand why you were always mad at me!...because... you treat me like i would died tomorrow... like you would died if i did...and i never did because...i just knew you would always be there!...always...but...when i saw you in the bathroom my heart stopped and...i knew i wouldn't be able to go on if your weren't with me...because...i love you...and i need you more than anything in this world...and with out you...i don't think i could do anything...because...your my everything...i...i umm. got this for you...i was gonna give it to you when i sang to you at 02 but...i never got the chance...so...here..." i got up and pulled out the locket out of my back pocket. then i leaned over and clipped it around her neck. "there" i smiled sitting back down "it-it has something inside it...here...i'll open it for you" i said standing up again, leaning over and opening the locket. "it says 'you' on one side and...and 'forever' on the other side...and then on the front it says 'love'....love you forever'" i slowly sat back down leaving the locket open "you can put a picture in there if you want but...i thought...i just thought...you would like this...i like it i...i think i suits you...and it looks lovely on you-i mean...you look beautiful...even with all this" i said pointing to the tube going in her arm.

"Anyway...I'd better go...I'll see you" i said standing up and waking towards the door but i stopped before i walked out "i love you" i whispered
