Chapter 19: O.W.L's

A/N: Huge Time Skip! (Sorry guys, I had nothing important planed between March and June). It is now the first week of June. Don't be mad! Trust me, this was for the best!

The past few months had gone by in a breeze for Scorpius and Rose. They continued to study with each other every day, go on Hogsmeade trips together, and go on long walks around the grounds. The scene from after the Ravenclaw vs. Gryffindor match kept replaying in both of their heads. They were so close to snogging. They were so close to each other, their four heads were touching. Both wished that this moment wasn't interrupted, what would have happened if it wasn't? Were would they be now? Neither had made another move since this happened, they were afraid that they would get caught. Both wished they had made another move multiple times, but they were afraid something would happen. So, they continued to just play it in their heads, and pretended like it didn't happen.

But, in their favor, O.W.L. Exams were coming up at the end of this week, and they were studying like maniacs, so it was a nice distraction.

"What major event happened in 1994-1995 that changed the way the school practiced security?" Scorpius quizzed Rose.

"Oh, that's an easy one! The Triwizard Tournament. It is a huge event where the three magical schools of Europe came together and *normally three champions would be selected to practice very dangerous tasks with magic. The 1994-1995 Triwizard Tournament took place at Hogwarts, and four champions were selected. Those champions were my Aunt Fleur from Beuxbattons, Viktor Krum from Durmstrang, Cedric Diggory from Hogwarts, and my Uncle Harry from Hogwarts of course.Unfortunately, Cedric Diggory passed away due to the incident with the port key, so my Uncle Harry won." Rose answered with confidence.

"Excellent!" Scorpius said as he put the flash card down.

"I'll be so glad when these tests are over. I feel like we have been studying for them for ages!" Rose said.

"Because we have! Since September! I say we take a break for a bit." Scorpius said in response.

"No! We can't. If we take a break now, we won't be able to focus later." Rose said defensively back. When it came to O.W.L's she was just like Hermione.

"Okay fine, but just be thankful that Quidditch is over for the year. You would have to be interrupted to go to practice right about now." Scorpius responded, the Quidditch Championship was last week, and Gryffindor smoked Ravenclaw of course.

"Yea, I suppose your right, but only for a few minutes." Rose told Scorpius.

Rose and Scorpius sat in the library, laughing at what the other said. They agreed it would be better to do their studying together, because if they didn't, they would both get way to stressed out, and over-study.

That week was mostly spent of fifth years studying like crazy for the O.W.L's. Today was the first day of testing, which would be over Potions, DADA, and Transfiguration. At 9:00 that morning, all fifth years were required to go back down to the Great Hall for testing. Albus and Scorpius walked down together, as usual.

"Are you nervous?" Scorpius asked Albus. Albus looked like he was about to throw up. He always got extremely nervous when it came to big tests like this. Albus always felt like he was compared to James, even though his father made sure he wasn't. Even though James got a lot of detentions, he was actually a pretty good student, and he was the prestigious Quidditch Captain. Albus was just Albus. He wasn't a great student, but he was pretty average. He didn't play Quidditch. He was just the Slytherin middle child. Even though his parents constantly reminded him that he wasn't, he felt like that was what everyone else thought of him.
