jihoon woke up by the annoying sounds of his alarm clock placed on his nightstand beside his bed. he flexed his right arm to reached for the annoying clock. he groaned in frustration before slowly opening his eyes as the pair of LED lights greeted him at the ceiling. he rolled his eyes and tried his best to rose his feet and threw them on the ground.

he did his morning routine. then after several minutes, he went downstairs only to find his mother preparing for breakfast. when his mom noticed him, a woman let out a sweet smile as she signalled his son to go and to have breakfast with her.

"where's dad?" he asked. curiosity evident on his face.

he pulled the chair for him to sit and stared at the five-layered pancakes served by his mom.

"oh honey, you forgot, dad's always been busy with the company."

"he didnt went home last night, aint he?"

her mother heave a sighed and she sat across his son, smiling even if the pain evident on his face. jihoon rolled his eyes at the back of his head. he was so used to it, seeing her mother hurting because of his father. it doubles the pang on his chest.

they went silent as they started to dig in to their foods. after that, jihoon stood up and went to the bathroom to bursh his teeth. his mother eyeing him from behind.

"you're really a grown up man, jihoonie."

jihoon shot a glance at his mother. he cleaned his mouth first before answering his mother.

"mom stop calling me jihoonie. im not a baby anymore."

"but your height is."

he glared at his mother unconsciously but her mother just laughed at him and gave him a small smile.

"ill stay at my dorm for a whole week. prelim's had started, i need to review some notes."

her mother smiled. "its fine. take care, okay?"

"i wil."

jihoon bade her mother goodbye before he went out of the mansion and started to walk to reached for the nearest subway station. it took him half of an hour to arrived at his alma mater. the train station is full of people because its monday and rush hour.

he went straight to his locker before proceeding where his friends are. after that, he walked down the long hallways to reached for the gazebo. it took him a five minutes to arrived at the gazebo he and his friends hide out. they are all complete when he came there.

"sorry, took so long at the subway station." he apologize to his friends.

"mine too gosh, i never knew commuting is that hard." jeonghan, the oldest of them all said sarcastically as he take a sip on his iced-americano.

seungkwan, the younger of them all agreed. "legit. i dont why my mother forced me to commute this time."

"its annoying, i sweaㅡ" before wonwoo could finished his phrase, they heard a loud screams from the couple of girls at the corner.

all of them are familiar with the scene that's why its not new to them to hear those screams almost every morning. jihoon, rolled his eyes in annoyance after realizing who it was, i mean like, who was the girls screaming for.

his friends shooting a glance towards the scene at the side. girls still screaming on their lungs out, saying some vulgar words to the man they are screaming for. but jihoon, as he is, he rolled his eyes.

"there he goes again, kwon soonyoung being himself even if he's just breathing." minghao said rolling his eyes too.

jihoon smirked. "that attention seeker is annoying."

yeah, kwon soonyoung. jihoon called him "attention seeker". he always finds soonyoung as it is, well it did fit with his accusations. that guy always trying his best to make every girls at the university screamed on their lungs out. not because of his famous title as the choreographer, but also the way he always show them how good he is even ifㅡin jihoon's prespectiveㅡhe is not.

he always find soonyoung as the most annoying attention seeker inside the campus. that guy loves attention so much.

"you always saying that every time you see him around campus, what's new?" seokmin laughed and shook his head side to side.

"because he is."

he rolled his eyes again as he saw soonyoung smiling like a veteran idol. he even let the girl beside her kissed his cheeks. soonyoung didnt even bother to have a reactions. it seems like it was really not new to him. he looks so fond dealing with that. well, its part of being famousㅡattention seeker he isㅡfor jihoon you may say.

kwon soonyoung, being the attention seeker in jihoon's perspective is just one of the judgments he have for that guy. which means, there's still more than meets the eye.
