It's already 6:30am in the morning and I needed to woke up because I will be having my first ever workout sessions today to Blue's gym. I don't know what his gym looks like but I don't have any choice but to go there for I need it also.
Mom wake me up kahit na 5:30am palang. Kaya nakabihis at nakakain na ako ngayon. Hindi ako sexy kung manamit kaya naka-tshirt akong ginupit ko lang kagabi yung gilid. Black and pink style nya. And I wore black pants. And white shoes. Hindi na naman ako pinagalitan ni Mommy dahil sa suot ko presentable naman daw.
Ayoko ngang makita yung tyan ko! It's a big no no!
Kaya heto nireready ko na yung bag ko for gym kasi kailangan ko daw magdala ng extra shirt, water jug, and some things for working outs.
Honestly? Hindi pa ako ready! Pero para masuot ko na yung favorite kong jeans at para naman kila Kuya Adam itong ginagawa ko kaya sige push lang!
"Are you ready?." nakangiting tanong ni Mommy sakin
Hindi pa, Mommy! Wag muna.
"Yes I am. I am trying to be ready." sagot ko na bahagya pa akong tumawa
Nakakalungkot! Bawal na daw kasi akong kumain ng napakaraming calories. Kasi hindi daw yun makakabuti sakin!
Nakakainis! Pero kailangan kong gawin para din sa akin.
"You'll get used to it, Louise. Fighting!." pagbibigay ng lakas ng loob sakin ni Mommy
I hope so.
"Yeahhh. Fighting!." medyo walang gana ko pang sabi kay Mommy
Hindi naman nya yun napansin. Buti nalang!
Kung hindi papagalitan na naman ako.Nakakasawa na rin kayang pagalitan ng Nanay! Nakakaloka at nakakarindi na!
Ano? Hihindi kayo?
"Let's go downstairs. Magjojogging kalang papuntang gym." sabi naman ni Mommy sakin
Jogging?! Bakit kailangan pa nun?
"Mom? Why would I? Do I still need to do that?." nagtataka kong tanong ko kay Mommy
"Of course. It's also part of your workout sessions kaya please, Louise. Help yourself. Walang ibang tutulong sa sarili mo kundi ikaw. And do everything even if it's so hard to do so. Alam kong kakayanin mo yan." nakangiting sagot naman ni Mommy sakin
Wala naman na akong choice kaya umoo na lang ako kay Mommy.
"Alis na ko, Mommy!." sigaw ko kay Mommy kasi nasa labas na ako ng gate ng bahay namin
"Okay. Take care!." sigaw na sagot rin naman ni Mommy sakin
Nagjogging na ako papuntang gym ni Blue para mas maaga na rin akong matapos. After 5 min. naman ay natunton ko na rin kung nasaan yung gym ni Blue kasi sa labas palang nito ay makikita mong may kulay blue na talaga! Hahahahaha! Hindi mapagkakailang gym nga ni Blue.
Pumasok na rin ako sa loob kasi tinext na rin ako ni Kuya Bitong na nandoon na daw sya sa loob. The theme of Blue's gym is white and light blue which I think that it is refreshing to look at.
May lumapit naman sakin na nilalang na alam na alam kong si Blue na agad. Halatang halata palang sa tindig ehh syaka sa paggalaw nya.
"Ohh hi Amber! You're so early! Goodmorning!." masayang bati naman sakin ni Blue
Nginitian ko naman sya.
"Morning. I just wanted to finish all the workout sessions as early as possible." nakangiting sagot ki kay Blue
Natawa naman sya bigla.
"Tita Loraine's right you haven't been in some workout sessions. First timer, huh?." nakataas ang kilay na sabi naman ni Blue sakin
In fairness mas madaldal sya kay Bryan at mas normal kausap. Hahahaha!
"Yeahhh." tipid na sagot ko naman kay Blue
"Hmmm.. let's check your weight first. So we should know the right weight for you. Follow me." seryosong sabi na ni Blue sakin
Sinunod ko naman sya at pumunta kami sa isang room for checking weight. Dang luwag pa nga ng room ehh! Tapos pang measurement of weight lang?
"Go, measure yourself." nakangiting sabi ni Blue sakin
Sinunod ko na naman sya at itinungtong ko na yung mga paa ko para ma-measure na yung weight ko. Medyo nararamdaman ko ngang ang bigat ko ehh! Hahahaha!
Seryoso namang tinitigan ni Blue yung measurement ng weight ko at tiningnan nya ako ng salubong ang kilay.
"You haven't been measuring yourself, am I right?." medyo strikto na tanong sakin ni Blue
Napalunok naman ako kasi ang seryoso at strikto ng tono ng boses nya.
"A-ah I think so?." sagot ko na di sinasadyang naging patanong rin
"You think so, huh? From now on you'll check your weight regularly. You are 50 kilograms. That's not even good for a woman like you. You really indeed need to go under workout sessions." iiling-iling na sermon naman sakin ni Blue
Daddy kita ha? Daddy kita?
"Grabe ka naman, Blue. Ang taba-taba ko na ba talaga?." gulat na gulat na tanong ko kay Blue na biglang natawa
"Not really. Pero atleast we can prevent you from obesity as soon as possible. You have your own business and your family also have a business. People nowadays are always looking at someone's physical appearance together with their body figure. Hoping that you'll get my point." natatawang sagot naman sakin ni Blue
So physical na appearance na pala ang labanan hindi kalooban? Wow.
"So what? Do I even need to care about that? I hate how people seeing only the physical appearance of a person even though that person has a bad character. You want an example?." mataray na sagot ko naman kay Blue
Napataas na naman yung kilay nya.
"Hmmm.. who?." curious na tanong ni Blue sakin
"Your cousin, Bryan. Yes, let's say that he is a good looking guy but the point is not all women love guy who has a bad character. And I am one of those women who loves a man by their character, their good character. Why does every men thinks that women are just loving them because of their physical appearances. Sakin? Walang ganon!." iiling-iling na sagot ko naman kay Blue
Tumawa naman sya ng pagkalakas-lakas.
"You really do hate my cousin huh? You don't know what's his reason why is he like that. Wag judge ng judge agad-agad." umiiling na sagot naman ni Blue
Everytime that I hear Bryan's name? Kumukulo yung dugo ko!
"Whatever. Let's just start the workout sessions." mataray na sagot ko rin naman kay Blue
"Iba." rinig kong bulong ni Blue at lumabas na ng weighting room
Sumunod naman na ako since ayun naman talaga yung dapat kong gawin. Nagwarm-up muna kami bago kami nagproceed muna sa mga basic things na dapat kong gawin. It's very hard at first but in the end, I just see myself having a great time.
Doing workouts isn't a waste of time.
It's doing the right thing for your body and for your own good.----------------------------------------------------------------
