I guess you could say Draco and I were avoiding each other. Everytime I looked at him his words stung me and he seemed like he'd prefer it if I were to fall off the face of the earth.
Fine by me. It wasn't like we had a friendship. He had been somewhat of a silent companion and now he was just a silent asshole.

Expect it really wasn't. Draco Malfoy upset me as much as Cedric did. Whenever I saw one of the two this huge anger would flare up inside of me. Cedric because he was dating Cho and Draco because... .he was just infuriating, okay?
I seemed to carry bad luck as I found myself stuck right between the two. Well, their gazes. Most students were hanging around outside since it was the big break before the last period and the weather was nice. I was in the country yard,sitting in one of the archways and reading a book. At least I tried to. Whenever I would glance up I'd feel either Cedric's or Draco's gaze on me. My ex boyfriend was laying on a bench, surrounded by friends. My fellow Slytherin sat on a tree, obviously wanting to show off. I was right in their line of sight and I was too proud to get up and leave so I endured the occasional glares.

Why did Cedric always have to look so pained when he looked at me? It made me feel like I was a big mistake, something he regretted. I could see it in his eyes. He had no right to be hurt about hurting me - Every time he looked at Cho or smiled at her he was doing it more and more. He should at least own up to the fact that he was slowly killing me.
