The corridors of the ministry were cold and our wands were our only source of light. The second we figured that it was a trap I wished for the comfort of flames.
Only a few moments after we found the prophecy the death eaters appeared, leading them-
"Malfoy," I breathed.
Lucius eyebrows shot up in surprise before he smiled.
"Lia, Johnny, I didn't expect to see you here," he said casually.
We all stood back to back, our wands raised.
"Didn't our father make it clear where he stood?" Johnny gritted through his teeth.
Behind Lucius a dark giggle could be heard.

"Eugene had always been weak. Oh, look, there they are. Little baby Potter. Oh, Longbottom! How are the parents?" Bellatrix Lestrange laughed as she stepped out of the dark. Being around the presence of mass murderers wasn't exactly comforting either.
It only took a couple of words for Harry to give the signal and we all shot curses with our wands before running off. I ended up in the same corridor as Ron and we shot curses back to back. A death eater appeared in front of us and I pushed the air away with my hands, making him fly him back. Another one appeared by our side and Ron used Expelliarmus on him. We ran and ran and collided with our siblings, Ginny and Johnny back to back. The rest of the crew joined us and we all assembled again.
"Get behind me!" I called out and they did as told.
I inhaled deeply and raised my hands. When I opened my eyes again I knew they were as bright as the fire shooting out of my hands, two death eaters flying directly into it.
"RUN!" Neville called, grabbing my arm from behind and dragging me along. Only now had I noticed that the shelves were falling down.
