Draco Pov

I can't believe I agreed to this. It was absolutely ridiculous! How on earth could I have ended up joining forces with Potter ? God, I even had to pretend to want to jump off that god forbidden tower. That Professor Snape hadn't seen right through that bluff still baffled me.

It's been three days and I feared that our mission had failed. He hadn't sent Lia so far and I was scared shitless on what that might mean. I had gotten a letter from my mother yesterday so I knew she was still alive but other than that I was completely clueless and absolutely depressed.

I joined lunch but I didn't eat anything from my plate, just stared at nothing while questioning if I maybe should have jumped after all...

Then the hall suddenly went dark, the flames of the fireplaces lowering and the students shut up to examine this curious event, their gazes switching to the teachers to see if anyone had an announcement

Then the hall suddenly went dark, the flames of the fireplaces lowering and the students shut up to examine this curious event, their gazes switching to the teachers to see if anyone had an announcement. As the castle was silent a single sound came through, sending shivers down my spine. The sound of heels stepping against the stone ground, echoing through the castle and getting closer.

Dumbledore rose from his seat and in that second someone appeared at the entrance of the great hall.

My breath got stuck in my throat as hundreds of students gasped. There she stood, my Lia.

She looked entirely out of place as she wasn't dressed in her uniform but a black dress, her wand in her hand.

She smiled, a deadly smile with no warmth behind it.

"Miss me?" she smirked.

Lia had always been an attraction but right now she could easily pass as a Veela or a Siren. Her skin resembled porcelain and everything about her seemed perfect, dangerously so. She had the face of a killer, the Lia that we all once knew whose features were soft and gentle now replaced.

"Miss Kim, I'm surprised to see you here," Dumbledore said, awfully calm.

Lia's eyes landed on him like he was her prey and she smiled, showing her teeth.

"Pleasant surprise?" she asked sweetly, too sweetly.

"Certainly so as the ministry considers you as missing," he declared, his voice unwavering. His eyes went to Potter for a split second and I huffed. So he knew or the plan.

Lia stepped into the hall, the eyes of the students on her.

"Ah yes, that,"she spoke absentmindedly, looking around aimlessly.

"The ministry is currently getting a letter that I wasn't missing but merely needed a time out, signed by my father. You'll be receiving that same letter in exactly-"

She was interrupted by an owl flying in, her grin turning smug.

"How did you manage to get into the castle, Miss Kim?" Professor Mcgonagall asked, clearly shocked.

Lia shrugged,

"Students are allowed to enter, aren't they? I'm still a student," she said.

Dumbledore opened his mouth to say something but in that moment Potter shot up, calling her name. Lia turned around and raised a single eyebrow at him.

"Yeah?" she asked.

Potter looked at her, a mixture of emotions on his face.

I had to roll my eyes

I had to roll my eyes. Did he expect her to turn the second she stepped into this castle? I had told him that if Voldemort would sent her after all, she'd be prepared for it.

Potter clenched his jaw, waiting for her to react. She looked him up and down and then her eyes glided over the Gryffindor table. Finally she looked back at Potter and scoffed, turning around to Dumbledore.

"I hope my room is still available?" she asked, completely ignoring him.

Dumbledore smiled kindly,

"Of course," he said. Lia smiled and then her eyes turned to me, piercing through me. I immediately sat up straighter and she squinted her eyes at me. I sighed. I suppose that meant she wanted to talk to me later. After all she was the person sent after me to clean up my mess.

"I'll be unpacking then," she said, her eyes still on me. Then she turned on her heel and strutted out of the hall.

My eyes met those of Potter and I nodded. Phase two could begin.
