You Can Jump For All I Care (P.t2)

It takes several moments for Lucifer to realize what you just did. He rips off his blazer, throwing it the dust before leaping over the bridge himself. Giant crystal white wings tear through his shirt, they give him extra speed, his hand outstretched to you as you reach for him, your mind processing exactly what was happening.

Your hand grasps his, your body is instantly pulled into his, wings wrapping around you as he practically squeezes the life out of you. Time stops around the two of you, the chaos and adrenaline shocked from the sudden stillness.

"Bloody hell Y/N." He gasps, relieved that you were safe in his arms. "Okay, I care, I care, I love you." He blurts, never willing to let you go. "You hear me? I love you." He repeats into your ear. "Are you... Are you mad at me?" Lucifer questions when you don't make a sound.

Before he even turns your head to look at him, he notices how still you were in his arms, no movement to your chest or thudding heartbeat, just still. He turns your head, your E/c eyes staring blankly into the distance, a stray tear falling from it but never once blinking.

He takes off to the bridge, lying you across the ground, tapping at your cheek.

"Come on, don't do this!" He shouts at you starting resuscitation on you without response. "Come on, come this isn't fair!" He screams, scooping you up and placing you in the back of his car.

He races through the streets, ignoring every road rule their was and he got you closer to the hospital by the second. He could barely see where he was going through the blur of the tears in his eyes.

A cop car starts trailing him, sirens blazing and signaling for Lucifer to pull over but he refuses continuing the journey now more like a high speed chase. He doesn't make it far before he's surrounded by cars forcing him to stop.

He jumps out of the car his hands up.

"Chloe, it's just me." Lucifer defends.

"Lucifer?" Chloe questions. "What's wrong? What is this?"
Lucifer breaks, unable to get words out a she points at the backseat.

"S-She's gone." Lucifer hyperventilates.

Chloe rushes forward, crawling into the back seat and holding herself together as she checks your vitals.
"Get her to a hospital now!" Chloe shouts, your taken by two of the officers who continue to take you to the hospital, Lucifer screams.
"No! I need to be with her! Bring her back!" Chloe places her hand on his shoulder.

"Cuff him! Bring back to the station until he's calm!" Chloe instructs and the men cuff Lucifer as he fights against him.
"Let me go!" He tried to pull out his devil's voice but felt to weak.

You arrived at the hospital doctor's instantly taking you away and trying their best to resuscitate you but would it be enough to keep you alive?
