Chapter 76

I'm so stupid of not even adding two on two. Trench was a Russian and he had Gorge as his best friend. Every time mom asked Gorge to meet this Crevestovik guy, he always had reasons to give her. Mr. Crevestovik is too busy to drop by. He's out of town. He had meetings, etc. When in fact the elusive man was beside us all along. I'm even sharing bed with him, had our own daughter and two more sons on the way.

Why?

Why didn't he tell me this earlier?

Why did I have to heard it from others?

Did he not trust me at all?

If he thinks I'm after his money, he can shoved it up his nose. I don't need his wealth. He can make prenup if he wanted to make sure I wouldn't get any cent from him if he decided to divorce me. All I wanted was my children with me. I can feed them with my waitressing job or my part time in the cupcake shop. Every money I earned will be spent with them. It doesn't matter if I wouldn't be able to buy what I wanted to myself as long as my children are happy with the things I will splurge for them. There happiness is enough for me. I don't need billions to do that. The kids don't need it.

I eyed Trench with all the disgust and disappointment I can muster. He can go to hell if he wanted to. Matter of fact, he can start backing away from my heated gaze, because I am seconds away clawing his pleading face. Lies after lies. Secrecy after secrecy. I had enough!

"I can explain, Sum," he tried to touch my hands but I glared at him not to. I will slap him hard in front of our daughter if I want to, not now that my temper is raging hot. Men don't really learn their lessons. Never ever infuriate pregnant women, they turn into supernova and you will be sorry for it. Once the claws are out, they would sink it onto your skin.

"You had months to tell me this, Mr. Crevestovik!" I hissed. Keep calm, Sum. You are in your second trimester now don't stress yourself. If only that was easy to do. This situation we are in now made me want to hurl every hurtful words at him. Does he not trust me all along? Why would he propose marriage then if he will just hide who he really was? At some point in our relationship, the truth will find way for a reality check.

In this circumstances, someone hurled it toward me harshly. Look what it's effect, god damn it, it made me a damn idiot for not knowing her very own partner. So thank you, Trench, for turning me into the most oblivious woman in the world.

"I'll take care of Myles for a while, why don't you two talk somewhere private?" Mom beckoned her granddaughter who was giving us a watchful eyes. She knows her mommy is about to lose her self control, and she was right on that one. I never come into a point of displaying my temper to my daughter, but she might somehow have a slight glimpse to it now.

I walked toward the kitchen and continued to the back where the garbage cans were the only thing in there. The quiet man followed me. He knows he is in big big trouble. Surely our past should had gave him the red alert how I become when the trust issue is again tested.

"Sum, it's not what you think," he mumbled when I stood there and faced him with furious glare. Trust me, the only missing parts are me breathing fire at him and slashing my long talons at his mistrustful face.

"What I think?! You made us fools! You made me a big fucking fool!" I shrieked. I couldn't help it. With my hormones so high, temper and mood weren't something I can control in a snap of a finger. "Do you even realize what I'd look like back there, people were watching us while your supposed to be fiancée spat in front of my face a truth about you! She knew who you really were, while current pregnant fiancée doesn't even know well her soon to be fucking husband!"
