Your POV

We were on our way back home and I felt bad about Haden being stuck with Alexander, Loretta, and James.

I know he liked it but I'm sure Loretta and James wished I didn't do that... they're the nicest people and I know they'd be glad to do it but I also would do the same thing and I'm not nice.

Loretta's POV

"When's mama coming home?" Haden asked.

"I- Uhh... I don't know." I said.

"Where is [Y/N] and Johnny anyway?" Dallas asked.

"Umm... I don't know." I said again.

"Well, you have to know. You have Haden." Soda said.

"They're probably getting married." Hayley said mockingly.

"What's the rush?" Steve asked.

"IT'S BEEN 9 YEARS!" She yelled.

"Calm down. It'll happen." Steve said.

She rolled her eyes playfully. "So where are they?" Emma asked.

"They'll be back soon." I said.

"From where though?" Darry continued.

"It doesn't matter." I said trying to move on.

"I want to ask mama a question." Haden said.

"Well maybe I can answer it." I said.

"Why didn't I get to go?"

"I- Because... it was really early. They didn't wanna wake you up."

"I had to wake up anyway."

"Well, you sure have your moms attitude." Dallas said with a grin.

"If you weren't so mean to her, she'd be a lot nicer." He retaliated.

"Ok, y'know what-" Dallas started. Haden had his arms crossed and he stared Dallas dead in the eye.

He looked just like [Y/N] and was acting just like her too. I couldn't help but laugh. "Can we go to the park?" He finally asked.

Dallas stared at him. "What are we gonna do when she has another kid? I could barely handle one of her and now it's my fault there's a second version."

"That's not a bad thing." Haden said with a smile.

"He's not wrong." Soda said Fp Dally with a laugh while fist bumping Haden.

"Your mother will not let you go to the park when she hears what you did."

"I doubt it." Haden continued being snarky. Soda high fived Haden and him and Alexander ran out back.

"So... when are Johnny and [Y/N] coming back."

"Umm... soon." I said keeping it vague.

Your POV

I saw that the gang was at Loretta's house so we walked inside. "Hi." I said.

"Wow. You really did mean soon." Two-Bit said.

"IS THAT A BABY?" Lexi squealed. Hayley gave Steve the nastiest look I've ever seen.

"OH MY GOD!" Emma said coming over too. They both took her and smothered her on the couch.

"Alright then." I said quietly.

"Wait, how is there a baby here?" Two-Bit asked.

"Why is this coming up again? You're an adult. You should know this."
