"Felix if you don't shut the hell up, I won't hesitate to flick your forehead," Ivy said.

Two seconds later, I heard them both break out into laughter, their taunting bursts ringing in my ears even as I listen to music.

I groaned in annoyance, I was already in a terrible mood because a not so invited stranger is tagging along to our safe place.

I took my earbuds off, stuffing them in my sweater pocket as my legs were trembling from the cold.

"You okay Hailee?" Felix asked out of nowhere.

"Just peachy."

"What's wrong?"  he caught up to my pace, Ivy following behind.

"I'm freezing, my legs feel like they're about to snap, and I can't even feel my fingers, while my nose is much like Rudolph's. So take a guess."

As I expected, he gave out a small chuckle, amused at my sarcastic nature.
We kept walking, until Felix pulled something out from his pocket.

"Here, take these."

He handed me a pair of crimson mittens that looked pretty small in my eyes.
I raised my head up to him perplexed; why would he be giving me these ?

"I know it won't help with everything, but at least your hands will be warm, since those small sweater pockets won't be of any use."

He did have a point.

I put them on, my hands instantly tucked into the soft fabric of the mittens, pandering in the warmth and forgetting the blistering numbness. They were pretty. The material looked hand knitted, well made and out of cautious care.

"They look so small from afar but fit me nicely,"

"Yeah well, that's what happens when you have small hands," Felix snickered.

"Aren't these yours? Sir tiny hands."

I smiled in satisfaction as he couldn't say anything back. You're not that smooth, Felix.

I stared at the mittens that perfectly sealed my hands, and saw something engraved on the bottom of the right one.

"Yongbok.." I muttered.

Wait, Yongbok?

"Ah..well that's my Korean name, but I don't like using it that much." Felix stated as he tilted his head away, gripping onto his backpack.
